Works well. High suction. Good and useful size. Keep the cup clean and reattach the protection for long life.

Works great for phone repair
Works great for phone repair. Needed it to open newer iPhones to fix and resell. I could never get them open with cheap suctions, so I figured I would try Ifixit. Feel very durable, as expected, and work great. A necessity for electronics repair. Very easy to use.

It is so good! bit pricey but very durable, good grip. need practice but okay, not too hard to use.

Warranty
I have tried to contact them over and over. No response from anyone for over four weeks..My suction cups have lost their grip. The rubber has frayed and is no longer capable of holding a suction. I have tried their online response and their email, no one responds. Rather impossible to remove screens without these guys... Any hope of warranty from IFixIt?

Good product
They get the job done! Used them to fix an old Mac and they take screens off really easily.
