Does not work with Taurus G2c
It will hold the gun but you can not rack it. Other pistols I have it work fine.

It works well for some vehicles, not mine.
I can't say anything bad about the product, though they will not work on either of my vehicles. The clearance is an issue and location of airbags. If you have your pistol located too close to the airbags or accidentally set them off mounting them, it would be a bad day. I gave them away to my relative, maybe they will work better for him.

Pretty good holder
This isn’t a holder for a smaller car, my husband has a BMW X3 and there isn’t anywhere to safely place the holder to quickly access his pistol. If you have more space than this particular vehicle you’ll love it, it’s a very strong magnetic hold and easy to install.

Large sights? Read this
Pros:Seems to be sturdy constructionMagnet is plenty strong enough to hold a compact Glock (23)Price is goodCon:A G23 with tfx pro (or other large) night sights will NOT fit without modification. One review mentions this and said they only had to remove only a small portion of plastic to make their tfx front sight fit. While it does fit this way, prying the pistol down from the handle to remove it from this mount would cause the front sight to dig into the plastic, creating a lot of force against the sight stud. I had to remove material into the magnet to get a proper fit that would not potentially damage my front sight (see pictures).Other things to keep in mind:The amount of surface area of your pistol that will contact the magnet will greatly affect how well it will hold (shape and size may cause poor hold noted by others)Double sided tape will tape in a hot car will fail so plan on using screwsThe con is specific to certain setups but it is a design issue the manufacturer should consider and the seller should mentionThe modification is much easier than trying to get all the little, metal shaves off of the magnet
