I was looking for a powder brush to carry in my makeup bag in my purse. This is a little larger than I expected, but it still fits well. I like that it has a lid, so it doesn’t spread makeup everywhere. It took me a bit to get used to how to close it, but I’ve got it now. The brush is very soft on my skin. I love it and would buy again.

Great design, compact and easy to use. I really like that it has the protective sleeve for when you put the top on, it will last longer because of it.Works for my purpose, which is spreading a creme blush.Very happy with purchase!

I wanted a retractable makeup brush that I could carry in my purse & not have it take up too much room. I currently have a retractable brush but its about 6" & its 3" too much. For the price I was not expecting the greatest product in the world, but the whole item is made of cheep plastic & I know eventually it going to get broken even if its in a makeup bag within my purse, its that flimsy & cheep. The bristles are not that that soft either. Forget about using it for a foundation, it WILL break,,,, but using it for a blush or a powder,,, yes,,, but it will feel a little prickly. Sooooo if your looking for something super small & inexpensive then this is it. But if your looking to really put on your face,, no no no not this brush.

I received my second RN BEAUTY Retractable Kabuki Makeup Brush. The brush is soft and holds on to the powder until you apply it. These brushes will make wonderful holiday gifts or stocking stuffers. I'm getting ready for Christmas and will order several more.

Cheap plastic. The retractable part doesn’t stay in one place—keeps sliding up or down. Flimsy and bad design.

There's not much to say; it does what I need it to do, which is to stay clean in my travel bag. I kind of wish the case were slimmer (perhaps cylindrical) - I'll probably choose a different style next time. The case is plastic and eventually will crack, at which point I'll replace it; I wouldn't expect something at this price point to last forever, so it's fine. The brush itself is nice and rounded, and is stiff enough when I want it to be (i.e., when partially retracted) to apply blush. It's a pretty good all-purpose brush.
