If you are trying to avoid unnecessary chemicals in your supplements this is the one. Simple ingredients, no flavor, no smell, clean recipe. I take mine with a glass of water about 30 to 45 minutes before eating without any side effects. Suggested serving size is 2 per day, but really depends on an individual.

Way too expensive for the amount you get.

CoQ10 is not "supposed" to lower your LDL. But my mother swore she made no other changes in her life except taking this and bumped hers down by 20 points after a month and 40 after several more. So, I gave it a shot and, sure enough, I'm down 20 points after a month. It's pricey but way better than putting toxic statins in your system. Despite having familial hypercholesterolemia, I've now gotten my LDL below 100 with regular exercise, a healthy diet, psyllium husks and these guys to push me that final 20 points. Pricey but worth it. I currently take one on alternating days, but I may try every day to see if I get even better results. No side effects that I can tell. Though I do take them in the morning as I hear they can impact sleep if taken too late.

The product came unusable, the pills looked like they got wet, and no way to return a $30 item. I will never order this type of product again.

What I received are some wet pills. I know this is not normal. If I didn’t look, I could have swallowed these pills and something could have happened.
