I am updating this review after a super experience with their customer service. They have replaced both of my hoses with completely brand new ones. The new ones have the metal coupling as pictured that the first ones I purchased did not have(they were plastic)..hence the problems. New hoses are working great and the quality is super. I love the fact that they come with a hose holder that fits right on the spigot. The hose is lightweight and easy to work with. As long as they stick with the item as pictured this product is well worth the money!Thank you for making this right!

The tube is very light weighted, the seal to hose connectors are tight without leaking. It is much more convenient than the green 100ft heavy duty garden hose I bought last year in home improvement store with following advantages:Light so easy to work aroundSoft-shell and quickly return the shape when it is bendWhen no water is inside, the tube will shrink to shorter length, make it easy to storeRecommend use case:Car wash, weekly lawn and plat watering - I haven’t tried to see if it lasts for long when exposed to direct sun light and rain and snow outdoor, for that purpose I already have my heavy duty hard to move one. I will hang it to the back yard under the deck to extend its lifespan

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Love it! Have a no-king regular hose and no where near as good as this! And this was cheaper and longer.It shrivels in to almost nothing when you turn the water off and squeeze the handle.I’m geeking out guys! This is amazing.

I hope this doesn't sound like a commercial, but this really is the perfect garden hose. I'm a life-long gardener and have always struggled with garden hoses; heavy, hard to maneuver and easy to tangle, difficult to reel-in, never quite long enough. Along came the pocket hose which solved some of those problems, but alas, very fragile and would barely last one season. But now Outzest R & D has finally addressed all the problems. The Outzest is durable, flexible, maneuverable, store-able, and fairly priced. Can't say enough good things about it. And they have included all the little extras that you need: nozzle, storage hanger, and extra washers. See, it's perfect.

I love this thing! It's so easy to move around the yard. No pulling and tugging on heavy hoses. It doesn't kink up like other cheap hoses. It comes with a hanger and a carrying case to store away for the winter. The spray nozzle is a little on the cheap side but I'm more pleased with the hose itself. It really is a good buy. Will more than likely buy another for the other side of the house.

This garden hose is what I wanted to get for my toddler. He LOVES water and always wants to take the garden hose from me. I wanted something that was super light and easy to handle so that he could water the backyard with me. This is lightweight, great maneuverability, and the nozzle even has a stopper that allows you to remove squeezing the handle. It is the perfect hose for my kiddo.

I'm really happy with this hose! I purchased to replace an expandable hose that was green and almost rouched looking. This orange house doesn't wrinkle up when empty. It seems like it just gets shorter, then longer when the water is on. It doesn't leak at all, screwed onto the hose faucet perfectly. The attachment squirter that came with it fit perfectly, and all of the settings it has are really nice to cycle through. I can water my entire front garden from my porch on the Center setting, and then switch it to one of the lighter settings for my hanging baskets and potted plants. I love that it came with a bag for winter storage. It also came with a plastic hanger but I have a metal one so I'm not using it. Overall, the quality seems like a great deal for the price. I even used the Jet setting to clean my patio furniture and shutters, and then my porch. It's very effective.

I purchased two of these hoses per request of my 85 year young aunt who was adamant about the weight and water leaks. She said she had tried a number of hoses claiming to have those features but failed. I read several reviews on several light weight hoses and this one is performing as advertised. Yes, some reviews spoke to this hose failure to perform, but the two I purchased are working successfully. It is extremely light even when filled with water. It extends as water flows through, and it contracts to its original size when turned off. Remember to release all the water from the hose when done. There was no water coming from the hose or when connecting the sprayer. My aunt is very satisfied with both the hoses. She can effortlessly keep her flower and food garden watered.
