Works. Be ready to do some wiring.
Worked well in my 2003 Cadillac Deville. A few things didn't work. The Deville doesn't provide a reverse signal for the back-up camera, nor does it provide a signal for the illumination (to dim the radio screen at night), so I had to run a wire from the trunk for the reverse signal (had to run the video cable anyway so no big deal) and I don't use the dimmer. Everything else pretty much worked as expected. It is a little bulky, so you either need to lengthen the cables to put it somewhere it will fit, or cram it into the stereo cavity along with the stereo if it will fit. The bottom line is that it replaced the Bose system like it was supposed to, so all chimes and stuff works.

mus thave for non OEM stereo
works, sound is odd sometimes for the door chimes but works, only way to get non OEM stereo and still have door and warning bells to work.

this product is crap. it hooks up yes on star works but the sound fades in and out. DO NOT BUY THIS HARNESS. spend the extra 20 or 30 dollars and get a better one. IT DOES NOT WORK RIGHT!!!!!!

Money and time saver
Worked as stated, only problem I’ve had was getting the backup camera to work even though I hooked the wires up as instructed.

Axxess GMOS 06 Harness
This is the second time I am experiencing the GMOS harness. The first time a couple of years ago, I had an 02 Deville. I had a Kenwood deck installed with the Axxess harness. Best Buy installed it, and I had it reinstalled/fixed by a bona fide care stereo place, no problems. Now, I have an 03 Caddy DTS with a Sony head unit installed with the GMOS 06 installed by a bona fide car stereo store and I am having the very same fading, low chime, intermittent sound problems that I am reading about here. I don't know if I should buy another harness or what but, bypassing the factory amp is not an option, and I cannot go back to the factory head unit.

Awesome product
Without this I wouldn't be able to wire my 2000 Cadillac Catera with a new touchscreen radio.

Looks like a lot but it's very simple to install
Worked as it should....looks like a lot to install but it's all color coded and easy to install
