Balconi Tiramisu Cake, 14.1 Ounce

This was a mess, impossible to serve to guests. It went straight to trash. I tried a bite, taste was ok. Not eligible to return, save your money and don't purchase this.

I received the item and it was damaged. I have tried to "chat" and request a refund but I don't know how to fill out the form and send my response. The cake was not edible for it had rolled around and it was a single log with everything smashed into itself. I really looked forward to receiving the cake and was very disappointed in what I received. Your help is greatly appreciated. Jerry

I don't like leaving negative reviews, but this one really was a mess. The package came in really rough, the cake was all over.. it was dry and tasted really off. I noticed after the fact that it had coffee liqueur in it... which just gave an off flavor instead of the espresso I prefer with tiramisu. Not a good item to order via mail.

Cake tastes ok but came in all smashed and fifteen dollars us kind of pricey for a smashed cake no matter how good the taste

Nothing like a real Tiramisu. Not in looks, not in taste (nasty). Just plain bad.

It tasted great. It had been turned upside down and topping needed to be scraped from lid. It was a bit pricey but tasted like the one I always bought from the bakery. I purchased this during real cold weather so wasn't melted or messy. I will only purchase during cold weather unless it comes frozen or in cold container. Suggestion::::I purchased marinated herring and it was sent in small box lined completely with Styrofoam and it was still cold when I received it. Don't know if it will work in summer but it would help in spring, fall and winter.I would suggest Styrofoam
