I'm not a rock climber; I got this for someone as a present. I was surprised that it's actually quite easy to hold even though the hold is so small. I suppose it could be much more difficult with a full cup of hot coffee. No issues with shipping, cracks, etc. Cute gift, nice price.

Okay, let's be real; this isn't for training and isn't going to make your fingers stronger.However, it IS fun and a great conversation starter, and a cute, unique gift for any climber in your life.I actually use the mug, and it gets questions from guests every time!On the downside, it requires hand washing, but it's a small price to pay for the entertainment!

Got this mug for a gift and it was everything I wanted. I tested out the handle by putting water in the mug and lifting it and had no struggles. I liked the plain white as well and it worked perfectly for the gift idea allowing me to paint on the surface

Loved it for half a second. Looked great to gift. The grip was surprisingly easy to hold securely...Until the first time we filled it up with liquid.Then the handle came detached and spilled hot tea everywhere, leaving us holding just the rock in dismay.Fortunately it was still in the return window.

We bought this as a gift for an active member of the local climbing gym. He loved it and couldn’t believe the handle was accurate size.

Lo compre ilusionado, y cuando lo recibí me decepciono porque es sosa, muy sosa, igualmente me la quede porque era lo que compre pero de principio no la recomendaría.Por otro lado el primer dia que la uso me callo todo el líquido encima y la asa en la mano... resulta que el agarre trae un tornillo "de mentira" y la única subsección que tienen es con pegamento, y asi me duro un dia... mi recomendación es que no la compreis, dinero tirado.

I got this as a gift for a friend, first time he used it the handle came off. Luckily he avoided scalding himself. Dangerous product. DO NOT BUY.
