These things are great. I originally had a small set to put under a stationary bike, and given how stable and how well they worked without slipping, moving, deforming, or otherwise tearing, I’ve since purchased the much larger set to integrate my other workout equipment.The tiles are just the right density of being light but firm. I’ve now got a bike, a rower, a heavy bag, and a weight bench and dumbbells across the surface and everything has stayed tightly pieced together, protected my floors, absorbed the noise, and provided a great surface to workout on. Super easy to clean with either a vacuum or towel. I also love the versatility of interlocking the pieces to fit my needs and the room, and I can easily disassemble and reassemble any time.

Sturdy, thick. First time buying this item for my home gym and I'm definitely pleased with the result. These are thick and can handle the force of dumbbell drops while still soft enough to walk on without discomfort. I've seen others where the thickness is maybe 1/4 inch and does not support heavy weights well. The edges are too thin to hold the pieces in place and end up failing/slipping apart. Would buy another set if I were to expand my workout area.

It’s only been two days, but I love it. I bought the 72 square feet pack and am using it to do free form and static stretching. I’m 5’4 and that was the right size to purchase because I can do post run stretching entirely on the mat (i do have 3 left over pieces) If you are my size you could defiantly go with the smaller pack, it would be like a yoga mat vibe so you have to control your movement. It’s really thick and comfy.. not sure if it will ware over time. It’s really pricey..thought I was going to regret it but I really don’t. It’s been a great encouragement for stretching since I hate doing it. The only weight I plan to put on it is my body…I see a lot of people putting equipment on top of it.

These for perfectly for my gym. Down side is that they keep impressions on them forever. They make the floor so much better and absorbs some noise and insulate the concert floor for winter.

Double stacked these for a DIY golf sim platform with a cutout for a premium hitting mat.Feels great under some quarter inch turf.
