I was introduced to this tea at an Asian spa in Florida. Before leaving the spa, I purchased a couple jars and used them both within a couple months. If you love the taste of ginger, you’ll LOVE this tea. This tea also has chunks of ginger in it, which adds a nice added flavor and texture to this tea. You can always use a strainer, but I would highly suggest adding a large tablespoon to your hot water and enjoying as it is. I have replaced this tea with my morning coffee and have also enjoyed a hot cup before bed. It gives a calm, relaxing feeling to any morning or evening mood. Again, if you enjoy the taste of ginger, you’ll love this tea!
