Good service
A fully charged battery seems to go forever. I bought these because of the price. One of the batteries would not take a charge after only one charging, the red light was blinking. I contacted the manufacturer, Vanon Batteries, who said I had to contact the Amazon. I contacted Amazon and they said I had to contact the seller. I thought the manufactiurer was the seller, but the seller was different. I contacted the Seller, Vanon Direct, they answered my email in a couple of hours and asked for my address. Then they sent me an email saying they would send me another battery that day. Today the battery came. I am now a happy customer. I see others had issues with charging and said they could not get a new one. My experience is good.

1 battery works
Update:. Just over a year after purchase both batteries are junk. I purchased a 2 pack on Aug 5, 2020. After only a couple of charges, one of them stopped working. I sent an email to the manufacturer in March and never heard anything back. The one battery that works is decent, it seems pretty comparable to the OEM 3 AH battery. Sent another email today, my expectations of a response are pretty low.

Cheap and good power
I’ve been buying “Amazon special” batteries for my dewalt tools for years. The power and longevity isn’t comparable to the name brand 9ah flexvolt battery, but for a fraction of the cost, I use this on my trimmer and leaf blower and it lasts for my 1/3 acre corner lot.

NO WARRANTY Died within a month and no one honored their warranty
I bought this generic battery because of the 3 year warranty advertised. Within a month, the battery stopped taking a charge. I reached out to Amazon and they said to reach out to the company. The company said to reach out to Amazon since I ordered it from them. I reached out to Amazon again, and they gave me the link to who I should reach out to in the company and it sent me to a page that said to contact Amazon.

Weak!
NOT for high amp draw!! In the 60v weed trimmer they run 3-7 seconds before before trimmer shuts off. Short run time in saws too. Okay run time in 20v tools.Weigh about 1/2 of the Dewalt brand batteries = MADE FROM CHEAP CELLS!Will not purchase from this seller again!! Learn from my experience and don't waste your money on these.
