Every cheese maker should have this book. It gives so much information and insight into cheese making. Has helped us out so much! Would buy it again if I lost mine!

This is a great manual for cheesemaking, but it's certainly not worth over $200 new, or $95 used.If you go to Hoegger's goat supply online, they have the book (brand new) for $55.
