A Beautiful Floral Honey
Until relatively recently I thought honey was honey, the garbage you buy in the grocery store. A friend sent me to TJ Max to buy a good honey when I was indifferent to her enthusiasm regarding it. I did as she suggested, but that was just the beginning of the lightening speed journey. The first honey I tried that actually turned me around was an organic Australian eucalyptus honey. I'd picked up tea tree, a manuka, eucalyptus and a bunch of German honeys. None of the German ones did anything for me but I can't fault them for that. Everybody has a preference and they were all pretty tame. At least it was real honey and not honey made from bees fed sugar water, or worse (I have learned it can get MUCH worse, especially from China). I just wasn't impressed with the German honeys I bought (3 or 4 of them). Then I had the tea tree. I rather liked it but still wasn't all that wooed. Then the manuka. It was okay. Finally I got to the eucalyptus, put it in my coffee as I'd done with all of them and all of a sudden realized I was enjoying my coffee more than usual. I took out all the honeys and realized it was the richness and complexity of the eucalyptus honey (there is simply something about it that appeals to me) that was adding something special to the coffee. I luckily happened upon an Australian eucalyptus that was fantastic (many are nothing special, I've learned since). Every honey crop is not the same, even if from the same trees at the same time of year and I like it that way. It means it's all natural and real and subject to the vagaries of nature. Fast forward, I wind up researching honey and recently started purchasing honey from places I never would have imagined five months ago. The honeys I've tasted from the kyrgyztan mountains are an ethereal and pure delight. They are both delicate and powerful in their clean, floral beauty. I don't think a written description can do them justice. This honey is drop-dead beautiful. Every little taste is thrilling and transcendent and full of light.

Real White honey of excellent quality. From Central Asia
It is actually WHITE! I've heard about the Central Asian White honey from my friend already. I had to try it myself. The texture is very rich and creamy. The taste is sweet, but not as sweet as regular honey. Long story short, I think it's my favorite now! I ate it with cheese (sooo good) and even sneaked a couple spoons by itself!

Amazing Honey!
I live in Vermont and have been eating raw unfiltered and or creamed honey for many years. Often I buy locally, but sometimes I like trying other regions out. I stumbled on this and took a chance on it as the cost is pretty high. The color intrigued me and the reviews looked good. Well, I am here to tell you that this honey is something to write home about. It is very intense and very thick and VERY flavorful. All I can say is that it taste like a flower smells. It is sooooo fragrant. I have never experienced honey even close to this in flavor. The jar has lasted much longer than I anticipated and I think it is because I use much less as it is so satisfying. I will go back to my everyday honey, but I am certain that I will try this again or keep one on hand for special company.

Where's My Pickanicka Basket Boo-Boo?...........
I finally treated myself to this & ACTUALLY got this time. 😉Thanks Amazon. Now, the taste of this is delicious. This isn't your eat every day honey. I am in awe at how much this stuff costs. It's utter ridiculousness. I think I figured out how this texture is had which also explains why it is not "unpasteurized". I'm going to try it & see if the flavor comes close to this. My guess is that this is clover-ish type honey & my making some to kinda match this texture, may not be as hard as I think. I don't know but, I'm definitely going to try. That way, I won't ever again pay $20 (rounded up) for a NOT even a pound of honey. Its uses are great for drizzling over a scone, a biscuit, a pancake or 2, a slice of pie, or even a spot of tea. Maybe even as an aphrodisiac naughty enhancement. Basically, whatever you'd like to sweeten a skosh.Either way you choose, try to contain yourself in using a lot because you will be upset at how quickly it will disappear. For 15.8 ounces of honey, you want this as a sweet bauble for you only or to share with close monitoring.I'm honestly torn about my recommendation of this product. That is based on the price & amount only. Aside from those 2 atrocities, I obviously recommend because of taste & texture. My 4 stars in the overall rating is for the texture/flavor/fluidity.In closing, I guess I'll say try it if you have a few disposable dollars for a treat AND I'll say be mindful of it not being much different in taste from most other honeys. So, watch out "boo-boos", because it's drizzling out today.

Best I’ve Had So Far
Originally I left a 1-star review because my item arrived broken, but because of their excellent communication, willingness to remedy the problem, and promptness with replacing damaged item I am giving this Seller 5 stars. As to the honey itself I have to admit that it is now my favorite of ALL the different honeys I’ve tried - so far! My sister tasted it and was blown away by the flavor, which is very floral. I will definitely buy more from this Seller!
