I am done with this author- so boring
Come on, its like ARR isn't even trying anymore. I think this may be my last by her. A tired story that has been done 10x before, just this year, and better. The main h is not likable in imo- repeatedly telling the H "I hate you", and of course, its written that the H always "chuckles" when she says this. What is she, a toddler? No one likes adults who act like this, and I get so tired of these characters being written as if the H just loves their sassy mouth. No one likes those people. Other than that, this story was just plain boring. I did not care one bit what happened. almost DNF. This should have been free.

Drama abounds in this one.
Dakota and Braxton meet under unexpected circumstances. She believes he is her blind date and he knows he wants her as soon as he sees her so he goes for it. Then we learn that he is even more connected to her than she believes when she shows up for work. I liked how Braxton was unapologetic about his possessive ways, but found Dakota to be kind of a brat. She would argue over everything and that got old. Add in the fact she claimed to want her job, yet she couldn't go along with where he felt she would thrive? Don't buy that. She also seemed to like playing games with him and I am not a fan of that. Ignoring text messages and phone calls is just plain bratty, not something that shows her he cares about her. She acted like a teenager most of the time and I was not a fan of that. I did like how far Braxton was willing to go to protect her, but did think he overstepped quite a few times. The fact Dakota refused to acknowledge that there was an issue with her safety made me a bit crazy. I usually really love everything ARR writes, but this one was just okay for me.

Really!!!
What happened girlfriend; this is your worst book! I look forward to reading your books but this one is not good.It was very hard for me to read but I finally finished it. Dakota was just plain silly and Braxton was a rich and spoiled stalker! I would have signed a restraining order on him and had him locked up! I'm not liking this abusive yes abusive so called alpha male trend you are writing about (Until Cobi). This is not what an alpha man is about. Please stop writing men this way now because young impressionable girls may be reading these books and think this behavior is okay.

Looking for an Alpha? BRAXTON!
Squeeeee! I looooooved Braxton & Dakota!! And also Dakota's brother, Jamie. I'm hoping he gets his own book somewhere down the road. ;)The pacing in this story is a bit different than ARR's usual. There's instant chemistry, but the falling in love is slightly slower than normal. Still, even with their slightly antagonistic middle, the classic ARR banter and FEEL are both present. Braxton is the alpha-iest of alphas, and is used to getting his own way w/o any real backtalk. Dakota does NOT let him get away with that, but she does it in a way that made me really proud of her character.Anywhoodle, I highly enjoyed this story - there's a bit of a mystery going on along with the relationship & Dakota getting into the groove at her new job. Thumbs up!!! : )

Braxton and Dakota
This author is the ONLY author I've read that NEVER disappoints. The story of Braxton and Dakota was serendipitous, sexy, and oh so beautiful! I absolutely loved every minute! Braxton was everything I love in a hero. He was persistent, possessive, and he took protecting his woman very seriously. Dakota and Braxton meet by mistake. She's goes to meet her blind date and Braxton is most certainly not going to tell her she's got the wrong guy. He's going to take advantage of the opportunity he's been given. "The moment I saw you, I wanted you." These two have one amazingly sexy night. Dakota finds out the next morning the man she is with is not the man she thought. She immediately kicks him out and he in turn informs her they are not over and the chase is on.This had some intrigue and some amazing supporting characters, which is something ARR is great at. She makes you fall in love with so many characters not just the hero and heroine. Braxton opens Dakota's eyes to all she deserves; love, sweetness, and a man who'll stop at nothing to protect her. "I'm just glad that Mr. Wrong ended up being Mr. Right."

OTT Alpha Instalove, everything good from ARR
I absolutely adore Aurora Rose Reynolds, I will forever buy any book she writes without even needing to read the blurb, because I am that confident of how much I will love it. This book was no different. From the get go, I was obsessed with Braxton and Dakota. The instalove between the pair is something I really enjoy from ARR, but it's not over the top, or taking away from the storyline. When Dakota realises that the man she spent the night with was not the blind date she was meant to meet, I loved her reaction, she didn't give in and let him talk her around, she made him work for it, even when her head was telling her to forgive him, she didn't until she was ready to. Braxton was intense, alpha and completely OTT with his intentions towards Dakota, but always coming from a place where everything he did was to keep her safe and protected, if not a little stalkerish, but in a way I really enjoyed.I loved the side characters, Dakota's brother and his band especially, I hope they each get a book.Another smash from ARR, as always, I am left waiting for more.

A great read
A great storyline, loved every bit of this book, couldnt put it down. Dakota on a blind date and meeting Braxton who she thought was Adam the one she was supposed to be meeting, although his last name was Adams he didnt tell her the truth and spent a night with her. She found him out in the lie and more lies so things were rocky, but he wouldnt give up on her. There were so many twists and turns, lots of drama, suspense and romance. Loved it and recommend this book.

Loved it
I read this in one sitting I couldn't put it down. I loved Dakota I loved how she put up a fight against him how she didn't let him walk all over her just because he was a Billionaire. Braxton was amazing he was use to getting his own way in everything so when Dakota wasn't playing ball he didn't really know what to do. I would have liked to see more into there future with the epilogues but that's just me loving this book that much I didn't want it to end.

Very enjoyable
I really liked this book. While it's more light hearted and comedic than the Until series, we still have an Huber hot alpha and a likeable, relatable h. I hope the supporting characters get books as well as they were interesting and I would definitely be interested in their stories.
