Excellent addition to my answering machine. They substituted the correct part, incorrect part listed on Amazon, for my base unit at no cost. I paired it with my new base unit easily. Thanks to Clay for great customer service.

Not as good as my last Panasonic handset
Only fair; definitely not as good as my last Panasonic handset. Feels cheaper and lighter. Buttons have fewer capabilities. Sound is still very good, though.

Great Phone set-Panasonic
This was a replacement for an older phone set that had served. us well.. This Panasonic set of four phones was chosen based on our prior experience with Panasonic quality. Setup was easy and fast. The price and quality cant be beat.

This was an additional home handset. I am very pleased with it. Initially had some problems connecting it to my system. However tech support was very helpful. I was up & going in a matter of minutes.

Happy with purchase
I purchased a system with 5 phone handsets, but I needed a 6th phone. I was a little concerned about purchasing a refurbished phone, but honestly I can't tell the difference between this and the new phones.
