Bought two sets of these for my partner and I to do day hikes in Patagonia for three weeks. Needed rainproof jackets and pants for bad weather- These did a great job for rain protection and wind protection. Very Happy with this purchase and the results. I don't see how you can beat this quality for the price.I have purchased Columbia and other brands of rain jackets before and was disappointed at the lack of genuine rain protection. I did a lot of research this time and wanted something I could use on a single trip and be done with it. After reading the reviews, I decided to not go the route of brands like North Face and Patagonia and to give this a try since the price was so great for a combo set of jacket and pants.We had awful rain/sleet and wind conditions during out trip. The temps were mid 30s with windchills in the teens or below. These kept us very dry and were perfect as outer layers. I did not layer underneath the pants and found them adequate by themselves for the wind/temps/fain. I did layer under the jacket with tee shirt, additional light jacket etc and stayed warm and dry.The jacket hood was excellent in the horrible weather- we wore winter hats underneath the hood and ear-muffs. Tightened the hood over that and it did a great job on protecting us from wind/rain.The only things I wish these jackets and pants had were more pockets. The pants have two exterior front pockets and the jackets have two large zip protected exterior pockets. This was adequate. But, these rain suits would have been perfect if there had been a couple of additional interior pockets for the jackets.Sizing was a bit weird- I would normally take an extra large, but I went with large on these which was the right decision for me (6ft tall, 220). The jacket was fine (and I layered underneath it). The pants were a bit long for large and would have been way too long had I gone XL. Might be better to sell the pants and jackets separately for ideal fit. But, again, this was a great overall rain suit for hiking.

Other than the size I have no issue with the jacket I did go bigger because I didn’t know the pants are a little big, but I don’t care now. I can throw them over other pants or shorts or whatever I’m doing because I work for a car wash and I’m just pretty much using it for this asked for the people complaining about it being a lift and zipper You know you’re capable of using both hands right? I understand it’s a left-hand zipper but if you’re having problems zipping it up, that’s a personal problem but you’re human right you have a brain right you can use both hands I can write with both my hands you’re capable of anything if you put your mind to it so stop whining over a zipper that’s childish and immature. You know they come from China you know they’re going to have flaws you know it might not be what you expect but you’re going to whine and cry like a child. Anyway grow up awesome product guys. This works very well. I love how comfortable it is. I can’t wait to try it out at work tomorrow . If you can see my dimensions, I would recommend if you guys want a good fit go down to an extra large I got a IIx but like I said, I want to pull this outfit off before I get in my truck every night so I’m not getting my seats out But I normally wear shorts and everything but in my position at my car wash I tend to get wet because I lead the cars in I stop and where they got to be and a lot of the water and stuff from the car going through the wash behind me tends to get me wet a little so I will give a better review when I find out how waterproof they are but I was sold on a video from some Canadians trying to soak another guy with a water hose in it and if he could stay dry during that I can stay dry with a little bit of soap, splatter and water splatter on my back all Day

Material is a nice weatherproof woven nylon. It isn't the paper, rubber, or other plastic stuff they sell. Jacket fits well with a nice blue color. It is true to size. Has pockets. Zipper runs on the cheap side. I have a backup anorak I bought in the 90s if the zipper breaks.Pants fit but the boot cut bottoms are more like bell bottoms and the velcro strap isn't very adjustable. I will likely have my girlfriend sew a velcro strap around the entire bottom, if not remove some width from the material so they can be better sealed at the bottom and not look like a clown.

I bought this for a future hiking trip in Ireland, known for rainy days. Great product. Lots of zippers, snaps, elastic adjustments and Velcro fasteners to keep the rain out. At least for me, the size fit perfectly and will easily handle a second set of clothes/jacket under the rain gear. And super lightweight to put in a backpack if it is not needed, like there might be sun in Ireland!! Very pleased with the product. I would highly recommend it even before actually testing it on a rainy day.

I wore my numerous times fishing over the past year. We got caught in very heavy rain storms that lasted about 20-30 minutes the last couple time out on the lake. Never got wet. Both pants and jacket are excellent and half the cost if I went to a sports store.Only wish the splits at the bottom of the pants legs came up a little higher to get my size 15 shoes in easier. The bots seal great and you pants or legs don’t get wet. Great buy!!!

After about twenty minutes in a moderately heavy rain the jacket was soaked through and the fleece I had on underneath was quite damp. In addition, after about 10 hours the jacket and pants still hadn’t dried out. I would not recommend this product.

I walk dogs and work outside all day rain or shine. This rain suit keeps me completely dry all day and is also light enough to wear on the warmer days without overheating. Not to mention the dogs have yet to put any holes in it so I would also say it’s quite durable.

La seconda con un ombrello.Cinque chilometri sotto l'acqua, non dirompente ma comunque, pressante. Sotto indossavo una semplice polo, e dei pantaloni da trekking.Risultato, dopo 2 km ho iniziato a percepire una sensazione spiacevole di umidità, a 4 km ho capito che l'acqua in qualche modo era riuscita a farsi strada.Arrivato a casa ho trovato bagnata la maglietta in più punti, pantaloni compresi. Le tasche della giacca inutili, il portafoglio in pelle umido, se non bagnato. Il cellulare idem. Quindi non tenete nulla di particolare lì dentro.Secondo giorno, con ombrello. Ha retto ma non i pantaloni, che han fatto passare l'acqua. Non adatti, punto.

Ich nutze das Set jetzt seit einigen Wochen und hatte es einige Male im Regen im Einsatz.Qualität:Die Verarbeitung weist keine Mängel auf, solide Dichte Nähte und Regen undurchlässiges Material, welches nicht gleich auseinander reißt wenn man mal wo hängen bleibt.Die Reißverschlüsse (beide Taschen haben jeweils auch einen) laufen ohne ruckeln. Was natürlich vorkommt, dass man ab und zu Stoff einklemmt aber auch hier "frisst" der Reißverschluss sich nicht fest sondern kann wieder leicht geöffnet werden.Nutzen:Die Jacke und Hose machen was sie sollen, Regen erreicht einen nicht. Allerdings ist das Material nicht atmungsaktiv, was in diesem Preissegment auch nicht zu erwarten ist. Dennoch ist das Set jeden Pfennig wert. Schnell angelegt und übergestreift. Mehrere Touren auf dem Fahrrad und keine Abnutzungserscheinung an der Hose.Tragekomfort:Klar hier hängt die Erfahrung von der gewählten Größe ab. Die Kapuze passt entspannt unter den Fahrradhelm ohne die Sicht zu beschränken. Ärmel haben einen Gummiezug und lassen sich einwandfrei mit Handschuhen kombinieren. Spannt nicht. Die Hose lässt sich locker ünerstreifen und hat Klettverschlusslaschen um sie an den Schuhen zu fixieren. Auch klingt man beim Fahren nicht wie eine bessere Plastiktüte und merkt nach kurzer Fahrt nicht mehr das man Regenkleidung trägt.Fazit:Preis Leistung ist Top.Schickes nützliches Set das sich nicht nach dem ersten Regen bereits auflöst. Hochwertiges Obermaterial und Reißverschlüsse. Leicht zu benutzen und klein zu verpacken.Ich hoffe ich konnte euch helfen :)
