Best flour substitute out there!
I LOVE this flour! I use it in all my old recipes and they don’t taste like they’re gluten free! They taste the same as when they’re made with regular flour! I have found there are some things that require a little more flour than the recipe calls for (such as cookies), so it’s not 100% cup-for-cup, but it’s not that big of a deal. It is quite expensive, so it’s not something I use every day, but being able to eat treats and bread again makes it worth it!

The best!
My kids who are not gluten free prefer chocolate chip cookies made with this flour over regular flour. I also love pie crust made from Maninis multipurpose flour. I wish I could buy it at more places in Olympia Wa. I don’t eat many baked goods but when I do, I want it to taste good. This IS good, expensive but really good!
