I started drinking Javita Activeblendz Control in 2024 after I found out I'm a diabetic. Activeblendz Control helped ME to lose 50lbs within six months, along with walking on all three of my breaks while at work. It helps ME not to snack while watching TV and my A1C is now a single digit. I love the taste. I make mine kind of strong so I use around 8- 10oz of water. I don't drink it everyday now, because I have loss the desired weight amount. So now, I drink it every other day to help maintain my weight. I did get slight headaches when I first started drinking it, but found out all you need to do is eat something sweet and the headache will go away. The headache comes from your blood sugar being too low. It works best when you drink it while eating your food it will take your appetite away as you eat and you won't be able to finish your food, that's what I experienced. I'm not sure about the energy part, because I'm naturally hyper so I can't really say it gives me energy. This product works for ME, so I don't have a problem with the price or the quantity. I have a subscription now because it helped ME achieve my weight loss goal and my A1C is now under control. I am extremely satisfied with this product because it did and still does help ME!!! Best health investment for ME hands down!!

I love drinking these. Tastes great. A bit pricey but worth it. A little on the sweet side so I just mix it with more water.

They advertised the fruity delightful taste. It was actually bitter to me . I had to mix it with other juice to drink it.

It tastes okay but has to be diluted with ice water and more than the recommended amount of water. Otherwise it is bitter. Gave me a small energy boost but did not suppress my appetite.

Taste good but slight headache that went away quickly since I feel the product works I’m OK with a small headache. I’d prefer to drink mine in the morning to control over eating before lunchtime which has helped me as soon as I start feeling hungry is when I drink it in the morning and it takes that craving away and I’m able to wait until at least 12 to eat. Sitting in an office all day I eat out of boredom so this truly helps for that

I really liked this product. I just wish it wasn't so costly. The price wouldn't be so bad if there was it least twice as much product for the price. Otherwise, I liked the taste and it did help me get more water into my diet.

Love the flavor but I will have to give it another try. I think one of the ingredients doesn’t agree with me.!
