The media could not be loaded. Found this spillway to be very high quality and easy to install. Love the color changing LED’s and the remote control. The only issue was the adapter they supply is useless because the pump has a 1 inch connection and the hose you use is also 1 inch but the connector they supply is like 1 1/8 inch and will not work. Had to go to Lowe’s and for $1.78 purchased the correct adapter that screwed right onto the spillway and worked great. Has been a week now and no signs of any leaks. I would recommend this to everyone looking for a good quality spillway at a great price.

I got mine, it's not hooked up to water yet. In the process of setting the pond up. But the lights don't work.EDIT!!so I was looking at the wire on the lights. You have to have them hooked to gether a certain way or they WILL NOT WORK. that was my previous problem. After I noticed that I hooked it back up an those lights can go so bright! It's so pretty

The media could not be loaded. It is a great addition to the pool. Love hearing the water fall and seeing the beautiful lights. I put my firepit behind it to give it a nice ambiance. I bought the item on here and hired someone to make me a stone wall and install it. It connects to the pool pump and the light part of the waterfall needs to be plugged in. I also bought some solar lights on Amazon that I wrote a review on too... great product. Highly recommend!

All I can say is you get what you pay for. I wanted to save money but this caused way more headache. The connections are not standard sizes and will not fit PVC. My plumber had to hose it and attach 2 clamps to secure. Not a good idea if you’re running it at a pool under stonework. Yes we connected it but with the hoses (4 for 2 fountains), it just was a pain. Also the first set of lights did not work at all. After we got the return ones working they are sub-par when you do multiple colors, in fact annoying. There is no wi-fi, only the remotes. Not a high quality product, but I was limited on funds. When you upgrade to a better fountain with wi-fi it goes up a good few hundred dollars. Honestly- I should have just waited and bought better fountains. After we installed the second returned lights, after 3 weeks they went out again. Terrible product.

The media could not be loaded. This waterfall spillway is exactly what I needed. It is a solid design and works well. I love the 5 inch acrylic lip compared to other products. This allowed the water to flow well out in front of my pool wall. For the price you can’t beat it. Two thumbs up.

Using this in an above-ground pond on my patio. Water stream is very beautiful. Now that its installed I'm very happy. Would have given 5 stars if it weren't for some negative features as described below.Hooking up the plumbing was very difficult and the instructions are no help. As shown in the photo, I have the water source coming from a 57 watt Aqua sterilizer. The waterfall connections are not standard pipe thread and the ribbed hose connections that come with it don't match standard hose sizes from your local hardware store. It is very difficult to find the right size fittings and I had to make my own gaskets. Once you get past these difficulties you end up with a beautiful sheer that looks like glass and enters the water rather quietly creating the ideal waterfall sound. (see photo) The waterfall rise is 2 feet and the pump water passes through 10 feet of 1 1/4" hose on its way to the sterilizer. With a 2100 GPH pump I'm getting a beautiful sheer with a 7.5 inch arc. The manufacturer recommends that you feed the waterfall from the output of your pond filter but I disagree. If your filter is working properly you won't get consistent pressure at the required level to sustain the arc. I recommend you use a dedicated pump with a fine strainer through a ball valve and then through a high quality sterilizer. This is important because this waterfall cannot be opened up for cleaning; it is permanently sealed. So anything that gets inside it will disrupt the sheer and there's no way to get it out. Also the ball valve can control flow and arc. The light is very bright and shines straight out of the spillway rather than up or down through the water. This makes a very bright light when looking from eye level. The light can be dimmed with the remote (which btw is very cheesy and won't stand up to daily use outside). I recommend you find the settings you like, put the remote in a drawer and put the light on a timer.UPDATE After 8 months of use the lights are no longer working and cannot be replaced. Now they burn an odd combination of colors with several dead spots. Consequently I've lowered my original rating of 4 to 3

I originally wrote a review on this spillway and called out that the LED Strip were not working. I happily was able to get this to work, so I'm happy to share how.Originally the LED lights would not power on. I had everything plugged in, verified power with a power meter, but still no lights.Turns out LED Controller connection must plug in a certain way.There is an LED Controller that has two end. One of the ends has 4 male to female connection points. This end must be plugged in correct, btw there is no reference so you will need to plug it in, plug in power into socket, take remote and power on. If no power, unplug the LED controller (end with 4 prongs), rotate once, plug back in and repeat power on process. I did this and it powered up nice and bright.So again: you will need to align the prongs on the LED Connector correctly. There is no guide, all you see if 4 male prongs which plug into 4 female ends.I recommend testing the LED's prior to installing and marking the proper location for the plug.

The fountain is high quality plastic and has a great flow if you use the right pump 😉.The lightsshow is beautiful and looks awesome at night.I did have to look around for the right connection between the pump and waterfalls but with some assistance from my local hardware store I was able to get the perfect connection.I have received many compliments on the waterfall. It was a great price and definitely a good purchase 👍👍👍
