Yuzu is a Japanese citrus lemon and this fermented condiment contains sugar as well, so don’t be confused what you are considering here.Everyone has different tastes, but if you like a sweet citrus touch as a dipping sauce for fried shrimp or tofu or to add to a noodle based salad, I recommend trying this unusual product. A little goes a long way for me, but I also add organic lemon zest and juice to my creations. My gang loves it!

Do not be confused...this is not salty miso you put in soups. This is a sweet miso jelly. We have Japanese friends and were introduced to this product years ago but it is not for everyone.

What I like most about this product is the small packaging, I can use it all in a week or two unlike the larger quantities, which tend to go a little sour if kept too long.

I put this on cedar smoked salmon like a glaze. It was amazing. I pretty much use this exclusively as a glaze on fish and even chicken. It gives off a nice sweet flavor and really pairs well with salmon and red wine.

When I go to Japan, I buy everything YUZU that I can find and was so happy that Amazon carries this. Delish on tofu or rice.

A bit sweet and savory. I taste more of a mandarin flavoring as well, which I did not expect. Overall, a tasty addition to a variety of meals.

Too sweet n tastes nothing like miso has a citrus taste
