Great if you hate mornings.
I'm a senior with ADHD. This is my Adderal which I don't want to take. My Dr. approves. I've taken it since the 70s. Once in the morning. I love it. No shakes. No problems. It's great if you're not a coffee lover, but I can have both and it's fine.

This worked great for me... I even skipped my morning coffee (entire pot usually) but I had energy to clean. It made me feel like my eyes were glued open at first! My husband also took it today but he said he couldn't feel it. Maybe because he has mountain dew I'm his veins because it's all he drinks. But I'm happy with it. Well worth the cost to me.
