Super useful but needs special care
I’ve been using this pan several times a week since purchasing it for use in a convection oven. Baking has been a breeze. Using nylon utensils, food releases easily without leaving anything in the pan. I’m very pleased with its nonstick qualities and ease of cleaning. The downside is that it must be hand washed with a soft sponge or rag, cannot be stacked with other pans because it will scratch, and the colored outer layer is easily marred. If you’re willing to provide the special care needed, this is the nonstick baking pan for you. I like it so well that I ordered 3 more Greenlife Bakeware pans. It is truly nonstick, is easy to wash and does not scratch when treated as directed.

Really easy clean up! Love the color!
This is the perfect size for a casserole, lasagna or a roast. I was thrilled that the baked on food, I accidentally overcooked the roast, just slid right off. Great cleanup and I wilk look for this brand again. Only downside was my husband used a knife rather than the spatula to cut a portion and scratched the coating just a little bit, so use silicon or plastic utensils. Very pleased loved the color and it looks pretty on the table.

Easy to Scratch
I bought this for thanksgiving because I needed another baking dish and this one was the size I needed and was also a pretty color. Great for baking, however I had only used it once before the inner bottom of the pan was scratched and part of the coating came off. I still use this pan, but I know now to be extra cautious and to also use foil as a barrier.

bought a few of these:
i've bought a few pans from these folks - two had to be returned/replaced due to the coating being missing in a few spots.greenLIFE is the cheapie version of greenPAN, but even at that the coating shouldn't be missing upon arrival.when i got the first one with missing coating, i called and told the person who answered the phone about it and asked if it's safe to use.her reply was; "yes, it's fine if the white comes off - there's another ceramic coating under that".well - my question then was - if the coating UNDER the white is fine, WHY bother with one or the other of those coatings - why not make them both the same color?well, that was a question which couldn't be answered.anyway - i do still use the pans i have - i do NOT - EVER - abuse ANY of my cookware or anything else i own, and never use metal utensils, so the coatings which have come off has been due to inferiority, not abuse or misuse - if you purchase one of those pans, you'll soon see what i mean - maybe even see straight outta the package what i mean.i will always use the pans i have - i just won't let food on those places where the porcelain is missing because to be quite honest - i think the person i spoke with was either purposely lying, or truly believes what she had been told, because i don't actually believe it.the great big oven-size pans are really great, except for the missing porcelain spots - HOWEVER - they do exactly as any aluminum pan will do when oven temp is above 375f - they "pop" and 'curl' - most who bake will know what i mean - one corner turns upward toward the top of the oven - the pan actually "twists", but then goes back into shape once the pan cools a bit.which of course is a bit dangerous and not just a little annoying - when that "pop" & "curl" occurs, if there happens to be any kind of grease in the pan, it'll slop it all over the oven - i learned not to bake in those pans at a temp above 375-400 depending on the food - if it's something which can't messy up the oven, i'll go to 450 knowing i'm gonna hear that "pop".ANYWAY - they really are nice pans - they're just CHEAPLY MADE.one thing i can't understand - why greenPAN doesn't make THOSE PANS - they don't make BAKEWARE in the greenPAN section, only in the greenLIFE section of their company - doesn't make any sense, but that's how they do it - or don't do it.if you buy one - open the box IMMEDIATELY when you get it - inspect the pan surface very closely - if you see any blemishes, ask for a replacement or refund right away - because if you wait "so many" days, they won't do anything for you - it has to be done upon arrival.it's unlikely all are the way mine came, and i WILL buy others - i will just be more vigilant and do a thorough inspection immediately outta the box - and you should also...

It's not real "Ceramic" ? I'm disappointed 😥 (LEMONS - LEMONADE TIME!!! :) with time restraints.
... The delivery was less than 24 hrs. Impressive...The items are 4 heavy metal pan trays of 13" x 9" x 2" with a heavy coat of non-stick baked material. (I will be using them to make 4 trays of Lasagna and will update. However,**The Image on the ad, along with the words Ceramic nonstick vs. Non-Stick Ceramic Coating - makes you think of Grandma's heavy-duty real ceramic that, with the proper oils, is non-stick. Not a Chance!**I may find out that it's not necessary to have a Solid Heavy-Duty Ceramic "Grandma Cake Pan"... Just what I was looking for;) > I will soon find out!Well, until... all the data was collected, I did not post. And now for the results. One of the pans was scratched when just using a kitchen knife. What you normally would use on a lasagna of a heavy constitution and lots of shredded chicken. The results were impressive as well.HOWEVER, "IF" I had known that they were NOT REAL CERAMIC, I would NOT have selected these, as it is NOT safe to have >Teflon Against my Food - and them for the seller to mislead by presenting it like ceramic.Cons:MISLEADING! Shame on you! (Ceramic nonstick vs. Non-Stick Ceramic Coating)Easily ScratchesPros:Sturdy! And?Easy to cleanAttractiveMore update... Decided not to use them on food so now they are officially papar trays for my company... Recycle is a beautiful thing. ❤️Looking for Grandmas CERAMIC baking tray... 🤦🏻♂️

Very easy to clean.
I was pleasantly surprised at how easy this was to clean; basically just a squirt of spray detergent, wipe and rinse.

Coating very fragile - lets down an otherwise good product
I bought four items in the range - two arrived already with breaches in the ceramic coating and rust showing through and one has had the coating breach after a single use (no metal utensils used.) it’s a shame because they’re nice solid steel, and non toxic, and they bake very well, but they’re not robust enough. Fix the coating issues and these would be really good.

Sconsigliata
Buttata all'istante!

Poor coating and quality
The coating is very thin and came out at first time when we used this for baking. Very poor quality and not good for health.
