Plastipastel crayons are plastic crayons that do not melt, and do not roll because they are hex shaped. They color like fine quality colored pencils and are not waxy like traditional crayons. These crayons are erasable and can be sharpen easily. AP approved, non-toxic. This package contains 24 hex shaped crayons in assorted colors.

These are not like lead pencils
These are not like lead pencils. Colors do not transfer to paper with very strong pigment. Nice idea ... but not quite there yet.

These are a great alternative to wax crayons
These are a great alternative to wax crayons. My granddaughter loves them and so do I. They are nice to blend with too. Would recommend to anyone, young or old!

These are fun. Bring back memories of Sargent Plasti-Color crayons!!
The Factis Plastipastels do a good job. They apply color fairly smoothly- somewhere between a typical color pencil and a crayon. The colors are nice though a bit muted.I thought the package would be nice to store them in BUT it is simply for storage. This package does not travel well; unless laying flat, the pencils fall out at the slightest nudge.

Do not erase fully
I bought these for my five year old who really wants to color in the lines but has to work on her dexterity. The crayons are sturdy, they sharpen well, but when you try erase something you can still see it.
