My son is 6 and will only use one very mild toothpaste (we have tried dozens) due to others being 'too spicy'. He has no problem with this mouthwash it is very mild and nice tasting. Less mess as the bottle is designed to be squeezed filling the capat the top, rather than pouring so there is no waste or spills.
