Men's 10 Pack of Cotton Moisture Wicking Heavy Cushion Athletic Work Crew Socks

I'm always searching for white crew socks that the elastic in the tops of the socks last for a long time before becoming stretched out. I bought these socks with that in mind. The size printed on the bottom of the socks show they fit 10-13 and I wear a size 10 1/2 D, so they should have fit. When I first received them, I was thrilled. The elastic seemed strong and the socks themselves were thick, fit snug, the tops were a good sized length and they were very comfortable. After about a dozen or so washings however, to my dismay, the foot part of the socks started stretching out. The elastic at the tops are still strong and firm but the foot part of the socks began to stretch in width and length I have never experienced this in any socks I have ever owned. They are now so large they look as if the foot part would fit about a EEE width and about a size 14 in length from heel to toe. They are almost comical looking. They are almost unusable because they bunch up terribly in my shoes and are very uncomfortable. From the ankle upward to the top of the socks they are still perfect but from the ankle down, heel-to-toe and and width stretching have made them worthless. I will never be buying these socks again.

I bought these and washed them first. As I was putting the load into the dryer I noticed an odor similar to bug spray or motor oil. Mainly on the socks. So I washed the load again before drying. After I took the load out of the dryer, the entire load smelled like the socks did. I may have to throw out an entire load of whites because of these lousy socks. I am not happy about this at all.

Was tired of buying cheaper n cheaper of socks at the local Walmart, I needed something that would last more than 1 year before heels or toes would fail. I am hoping I found my answer as these are super soft and comfy of socks.My only gripe with them are the lettering on the bottom of the socks, the size and the company name in 1/2" high letters,Now they do make sorting my socks easier and since basically live alone no one but I know they are there, but I do not recall seeing this in any image when purchasing.. So if that doesn't bother you, these are some great socks..I will wear them a full year and return to update, as to how they are lasting, will exclusively use these socks until that time or until they show wear then order more if they stay the course... They are a little fuzzy after a few washings on the toes is only wear I've noticed to date... crossing my toes...

These socks are very well made and somewhat thick. They are very shrinky/stretchy. What I mean by that is they looked too small out of the box. But when you pull them on they stretch and they seem to fit somewhat tightly. When they go through the laundry they come back shrunk and small again. They seem to squeeze my feet too much. I'm size 11, I bought the 10 to 13 size. Maybe I should've bought a bigger size. I'm going to keep wearing them hoping they stretch out alittle.

My husband is on his feet for 14 hours a day wearing steel toe boots on cement! His socks wear out so quickly and his feet hurt badly! He thinks I’m the greatest wife ever for getting him these nice & thick, soft, & comfortable socks we’ve ever seen! We’ve been married for 30 years and spent 10 of those years in the military traveling all over the world and yes these socks are a the best we’ve ever used! Now our is in the Air Force & she wears them & everyone asks if her mom can send them a care package of those socks!

I've been buying Hanes crew socks for years, but the quality seemed to be continually going down - thinner materials that would wear out quicker ever time. For the same price (or better), these socks are thick and very well built. I have no doubt they're going to outlast my last batch of Hanes by two or three times (and will be more comfortable during that time). This is my new brand - will definitely buy more when the time comes. Just wish I could also find these in ankle-length for the summer.

So far so goooood!!!! Just opened the package and can not get over how soft they feel on and off. Love the fact that the size is 10-13 sense I am a 12 and most socks do not fit. But I will post another review after they are washed. Post #2 by the end of day one the socks started to fall down, socks are balling or getting pills on the from wearing sneakers. Again I will add more once I get a pair back from the wash.

I bought these socks and I love how soft and comfortable they are. But I started to notice my knee was killing me. When I took these sock off I could see where they had squeezed my lower legs so bad you could see indentation where the blood flow was being cut off. On both of my legs it looked like someone had squeezed the fluid from my lower legs. There was a significant difference in size between were the sock stopped and and the rest of my leg. I have worn socks for long periods of time where you see an impression on my leg but these squeezed my legs so tight. I’m going to the doctor now because my knee still hurts from wearing these socks. It feels better since I stopped wearing them but I want to be safe. I’m thinking a wear a size 13/ 13.5 at times maybe I needed the larger sock. But I’m afraid to try these socks and have the same outcome. That will be 50.00 wasted on socks.
