I have two of these, one that I bought in 2019 and one I just purchased last month. The one from 2019 is holding up well - very scratched on the outside but no effect on performance. I just bought another so I wouldn't have to keep cleaning it every night. The insulation is out of this world...I make my tea when I get up at 5 and when I get to the office at 7, it's still too hot to drink. I've taken to taking the lid off and letting it cool like that so I don't have to wait until lunchtime to drink anything! Very sturdy little mugs, no issue with leaking as long as you make sure the lid is screwed on correctly, and does an amazing job keeping what you put in it hot. Would recommend.

It's only been a few weeks but so far this Contigo snap seal 16oz is performing great. I bought it for work, but like it so much I started using it at home to keep my coffee hot. I just bought a 2nd so I can leave one at work. Nice job on this design. My only complaint is that occasionally I get a small amount of coffee pooled where the snap seal closes at the drinking spout. Then when I open it, the snap-open can spray coffee mist. Not great for white work shirts. Solution is to snap-open with the spout near your mouth or cover the spout first. Also like that the Amazon pricing for this one color is a few dollars less than the others, so it feels like a great discount.

This is my first time using a travel mug, so I don’t have much experience with them. But the build quality feels really solid—like heavy-duty stuff. I’ll leave another review after using it for a while, but my first impression is definitely a good one.

its amazing for all it does is keep my drink hot typically a coffee for all the time going to work and drinking it, i'd say it last around 4 hours before it feels like it's dropping in heat, but overall i drink most of it before it hits warm, i will say though the lid is a hassle to clean, almost too annoying, overall it's great but the lid being a issue keeps it from being a 5 star

Over the years I’ve owned serval of these. I always buy because it does what it’s suppose to, keeps hot things hot and cold things cold.

Love this mug. No spill, looks great and with an unbeatable price. The grip is very convenient and coffee stays hot for a long time. Overall, great quality.

Another great Contigo mug! I've had many of these over the years. I only buy Contigo. I wanted to try this newer version, not I was a little disappointed tbh that only this color was available now. They call it licorice, but it's basically black. I wasn't sure if it will look nice. But it does. It looks great irl, I'm very happy with it.These mugs are just amazing. They work great as my daily coffee mug, and they last forever basically.

Not my favorite Contigo style… it does the job, but it’s less leak proof than other designs. Sometimes I find myself with hot coffee on my hands, and find that it’s slipped out through random crevices.
