The media could not be loaded.  We just restained our back porch and decided to replace our old settee, because it was starting to fall apart. We looked at all of the big box stores around us, but there wasn't much selection, since it's the end of the season. This ended up being a much better deal, plus nicer quality than the ones they sold. We ordered the set with the red cushions. It gives the porch a pop of color and it's a nice contrast to the dark brown wicker. The cushions are thicker than we expected and extremely comfortable. Since we've gotten this, if I can't find my husband all I have to do is look on the back porch. It's the perfect spot to sit with your morning coffee and read. The glass top table is very nice and sturdy. The wicker is well made and woven very nicely. The set arrived extremely well packaged with all pieces included and no damage. It took about an hour to assemble, due to user error. LOL!! I had to speed up and edit the video or else it would've been super long. The directions were clear and concise. All of the pieces are labeled with a letter, so you know exactly which piece to use where. If you follow my tips below you will cut the assembly time in half.READ FIRST to speed up assembly!!Start with trying both of the left side panels and right side panels to each back panel to see which fits best. The side panels slide up into the back panel. When we were attaching the first right side panel to the back of the seat, we had trouble getting it to go into the hole. We tried the other right side panel and it went in with no issues. Also make sure to get the side panel all of the way up into the hole or you won't be able to get the screw holes to align. We had to use a rubber mallet on the 2nd chair to get one side pushed all the way in. To start, assembly will be much easier if, on the 1st side panel, you have help holding it straight when aligning. Once the first side panel is connected, the rest is fairly easy. The last and most important thing is DO NOT tighten the screws until all screws on that panel are aligned and threaded into the holes! If you completely tighten one screw before aligning and threading all of the screws, you will have touble aligning the remaining screws on that panel. I hope this helps. You won't be disappointed with this quality made set.

The media could not be loaded.  I have dreams of a beautiful, big wrap around porch with a huge Victorian patio set...until that exists, I have a small covered side porch that nothing seems to fit on nicely. This was an excellent pick for the space and color of my house. I know that sounds odd, but my house is in shades of blue, grey, and black, so this was a very pretty match aesthetically (ignore the chalk all over and the black paint that needs touched up. Lol)It was also a perfect size for the area. It was hard to find a set with 2 chairs and a small table to relax on while we watch the kids wreck havoc in the yard. Fits a large citronella candle, ash tray, and 2 drinks easily. And the glass itself has nice anti skid pads and divots on the rattan so it really doesn't move at all.The chairs are extremely comfortable, especially considering the size and price. I am 175 and my husband is 225 and both of us got easily and comfortably in the seats. The cushions are plenty thick enough for us, unlike some comments. The color was great and padding fine. I see no need to change them out as an average sized person.And set up was a breeze. Came in a single box with individually wrapped pieces. All undamaged and individually marked with letter stickers to make putting it together less than 45 minutes. Everything fit together easily and the whole set sat even on the concrete. The caps for the feet keep them from moving around when getting on and off them.

I am so happy with this set up, the assembly was something my daughter and I could do. There were a few tiny issues with bolts getting tight ,but we made it work! For the price this is an excellent buy! It arrived quick, and is very comfy and sturdy- and I’m a larger woman ❤️

I ordered 3 sets of these to put in my gazebo on the deck. It took me a little over 4 hours to put all of it together (I'm a 63 year woman). It is very important to only tighten the screws halfway until it is all put together. I used a screwdriver that was the same size as the 2 allen wrenches they sent since I found that easier to work with. The boxes were packed very well and all the parts were well marked and the directions very clear on how to put the chairs and end tables together. The chairs are really comfortable to sit in and the glass sits really tight on the suction cups on the end table.I had one small issue with a hole to put the screw in, I emailed Costway and they replied back within a few hours and gave me a satisfactory solution to the problem. Very good customer service !

Be careful! Good set and cute but very short and narrow. Looks bigger in the photos. Background photo must not be to scale in comparison to this set. Even though I saw the measurements I thought in actuality it would be bigger since most manufacturers make normal / average size seating. It’s a very nice looking set but will feel bad once we start entertaining again after the pandemic to have friends over and watch how uncomfortable they become when they have a few extra pounds and can’t fit in our chairs. What also made us buy 2 sets, was the fact that after reading tons of reviews so many people said it wasn’t too small so we thought it should be fine. We are smaller framed people who are not over weight and we fit if we sit straight back in the chairs. Also I was going to get regular 16” throw cushions for these but it would be tight and take up too much depth from the seating pad. As one review stated, this set seems like it was make for youth - totally agree. Price is very good but for 2 sets paid $540 plus tax and I’m sure we’ll have to explain to visitors one day why we sized down in patio furniture that can’t possible fit everyone. Lot of money to have junior set with wobbling legs.

First let me say that these chairs are very comfortable to sit in with the arch of the chair backs, & arms with a2 1/2" cushion. The rattan webbing has an expensive look with all screw's hidden from view. When we started to assemble we had a problem with holes not lining up from backs to arms. Had a reply from I-Tech Customer Service with-in a hour but it did take a couple of days to get a confirmed solution from supplier in China. The solution was I got new backs to the chairs & they were double checked by I-Tech before shipping [this took about 2-weeks].Assembly is not easy but with 2 people it is reasonable but do not tighten bolts until the end and go back over and tighten at that time.Once assemble they have a quality appearance & I would buy again but they have not been outside yet but will update later with any concerns.The Customer Service from I-Tech in particular & also Tangkula is above & beyond expectations. They answered and came up with quick solutions for all problems we ran into.I would have given this product 5 stars if it wasn't for the two problems we had but as I said before we got satisfactory solutions.

This set came with the best set of instructions. So clear and every piece was marked with a letter so you knew what to put where. It was so easy to put together and I am a 61 year young woman. It is made very well and although it is early, weather wise, and I will not be using it outside for sometime. I did decide kept one chair in my living area as an extra seat and will see how well it holds up. As of this moment, I really am very happy I decided to purchase this set.

Nice outdoor furniture for the price! Perfect size for a small balcony. Comfortable. There was some confusion when I opened the box. I had ordered a set from Tangkula, as it was advertised but when I opened the instructions from the box, it is from Costway. The cushions are not as thick as advertised but ok. It’s too early to comment on durability as our weather in Ontario is still too cold to sit for too long outside. For the price though, it was worth the money spent.

Great chairs and table, look very nice on the patio however if you are a larger person, you might struggle to sit in these as they are fairly narrow for us and we are slim-medium build people. Check measurements!
