XtremeVision HID Xenon Replacement Bulbs - H11 6000K - Light Blue (1 Pair)

Headlight bulbs Work great , very happy with them and the light they put out etc. Had to make sure I was getting the correct bulbs i called their customer service # and they were very friendly and helpful in talking with me about the product and it working with my vehicle.

I installed these in my 2010 Mazdaspeed3, which does not have the factory D2S bulbs, but after market H11 HID conversion done by the previous owner. Luckily, the bulbs are very easily accessible in the engine compartment. No need to remove the bumper or headlight housing. Installation was a snap. Remember to disconnect the negative lead from the battery (safety first!). Twist counter-clockwise and pull to remove the old bulb, unhook the 2 wires, then do the reverse to install the new bulb. I did wear nitrile gloves in case I touched the bulb. The biggest challenge was finding an angle to insert the bulb without the bulb touching the housing or any other dirty part near it in the engine compartment. I worked slow on the first bulb (driver's side) to make sure I did it all right and kept it clean. Took about 20 minutes (including the time to find a clamp to hold the wires from the ballast within reach and so they didn't fall into the recesses of the engine compartment) for the driver's side, then about 5 minutes for the passenger. There was no danger of the wires falling out of reach on the passenger side. They fired up fine! Most of the negative feedback I've seen on these are that the specified 6000K color temperature isn't really light blue. It maybe very slightly blue, but to me they are a perfect bright white, which it what I prefer for better download illumination. I'm not very familiar with color temp, but I think this looks more like 5000K, so if you want more blue, go with higher temp than 6000K. The bulbs have been in for about a week with about 300 miles/6 hours night driving. No flicker, no dimming, just clean and bright performance. And at $11.99/pair and free shipping, these cost less than a single basic H11 halogen bulb ($15.99) at my local auto parts chain stores.

Got them in today, installed, super easy to do on the RX300, passenger side is a bit tricky due to ABS module being in the way but you can do it with patience. These D2S 6000K are a little more blueish than the stock $100+ ones from the store but that’s fine. Any more blue and you will get pulled over for sure. I highly recommend, I just got them today so the longevity is unknown, but for $15 bucks, I don’t care if they last one year, I’ll just buy another set. BUY THESE!

My elderly neighbor had these in his truck for years. Then one finally burned out after 8+years of use. He needed my internet skills and my dexterity to install them. Easy peasy no drama.

Everything with the product and the seller was perfect. User error caused a couple headaches with installation. First of all... I thought the lights I was replacing already had ballast. I was wrong. So I had to order that separately which delayed installation a couple days. So figure out before you order if you need ballast and save time. Then I thought the connections weren't right and I wrote to the company. They replied and helped me figure out the problem. I was replacing a low beam and had pulled out the high beam by mistake. Silly I know but I had never replaced the bulbs before and I genuinely thought I had pulled the low beam. Once I figured out my own mistakes, it was simple. I mean... really simple. The connections fit perfectly. Plug & play. It only took a like 15 minutes. I love my new lights. They are super bright and modern looking. Can't comment on longevity yet, as I've only had them in a couple days, but hoping they'll last a good long time. Even if they only lasted a year or two, they were so inexpensive I'd just order again and replace if they were ever to go bad. Don't hesitate to give them a try. You'll be glad you did and will never go back to halogens.

Not as described or as STAMPED on the bulbs. Bought 5000k bulbs, bulbs that came have "5000k" stamped on them. They're very obvious 4300k bulbs. I know hid needs to break in but these just got even more so amber to where they just look like really bright non-xenon headlights. More of a waste of time than money due to having to remove my bumper to replace these bulbs...

More like a 6k bulb even though I ordered a 5k bright side pun intended they put out light

Installed these H.I.D. bulbs to my existing ballast. Was super easy to install just plug and play, I really like the fact that the bulbs came with both wiring options. 1 is the 2 single prong plugs that would go right into the ballast, and the 2nd was like a factory plug to ugly right into the headlight without the need of anything else. The lights are very bright and make a good beam. I'm happy with them so far. The pic is at low beam and although you cant see the blue from the 10ks because my camera auto corrects the lighting, but they are truly 10k blue.
