Having had 8 joint replacements, I have sore muscles & areas of iinflamation. With Winter ,close by I needed something to help reduce swelling & inflammation. My Dr., suggested percussion therapy. We have used this several times now and it works great! There really isn't much of a learning curve to using this at all. But my one tip I would give other users would be- don't apply too much pressure to it as you move up to the higher settings- I feel like you lose some of the percussion aspect of it.
