Wonderful muffin tin!!!
Best muffin tin I've ever had. Lightweight and nothing ever sticks in it, ever! Great weight and sturdy. Food doesnt burn in it either, comes out lookig pretty. It cooks evenly. Such a good tin for the money!

Best non-stick I've EVER used
Truth be told, I wasn't expecting much considering the reasonable price, but I have been trying a recipe that ALWAYS stuck to the tins, and ended up being so difficult to clean that I threw the muffin pans out. I had hoped this one would be a little better, considering it had really good reviews.I wasn't disappointed. This thing is slicker than camel snot, and nothing sticks to it. NOTHING. Scotch tape won't stick to it, which should tell you something. I was making keto breakfast muffins using eggs, cottage cheese, and grated cheddar, with NO grease in the pan, and they slid right out of the pan. I was floored. I wish the individual cups were a little deeper, but for my purposes, I'm 100% thrilled with the item.

So far so good
I've only used this pan once, and that was to make some mini-brownie bites. I used a small cookie scoop to transfer the batter to the pan. I do need to figure out the baking time, as the mini-brownies were a little harder on the outside than I would have liked, but they were nice and chewy in the center. I did not use any kind of baking spray or grease since it is a non-stick pan. However, the brownies did stick a bit and I had to use a blunt knife to run around the edges to loosen them. This was despite trying to remove them immediately. I'm not giving up on it just yet. I'm sure it will be just fine for baking muffins or mini-cupcakes.

Does the job. The best feature is the cleaning of this as I find no strong marks are left and the food is easily removable. Just clean regularly.

Nonstick is an understatement
Fantastic muffin pan! I picked this up because of the positive reviews and good price, Im glad i did because my egg/muffin cups fell right out of it! If only i could find a pan that had this nonstick power!
