Image is clear all around my house (2500 sq ft 2 story). The night vision is pretty good. A little blurry but that’s to be expected. Everything works as advertised. Battery life is not that great but decent. It’s better than any other I have tried. Pan tilt zoom works great. You can cover the entire room if you position the camera in the right spot. It’s also expandable if you need more than 1 camera. I love it.

I wasn't sure about this product when it was recommended to me because I'd never heard of the brand. I was weary of it when I saw it because usually I notice the picture quality isn't as great in person.I received this product and immediately set it up. First the packaging is near Apple standards. It's a nice packaging, clean, item placement is perfect and was held in place perfectly to mitigate the risks of item damage in transit.The monitor was charged so I turned it on, picture quality was great, signal strength is strong and we placed it in a corner of the room that allows us to fully monitor our children's activity. The view of the room looks good, and detailed definitely "HD" and the audio from the room is great! We have zero complaints so far. fOne concern, we have though is the audio from the monitor to the camera speaker seems a bit low. We have not had issues with our children hearing us, though, so it may only be that we have 'louder' expectations for a baby monitor. Either way, it works very well is doing its job so far, and we have hardly any complaints. This is a recommended item!

This is an excellent camera system. It allows me to keep an eye on my elderly father who has dementia and alzheimer's disease. I have one camera in his bedroom and 3 others around the house that allow me to monitorhis movements day and night while I work from home in another room. It really saves me from having to get up during the day or night whenever I hear a noise. I like that the monitor is portable so I can have it at my bedside at night. I would recommend getting the wide-angle lens accessory, as it really improves the viewing angle of the cameras. Daytime resolution is excellent and nighttime,while a bit grainy, is also pretty good.

Put a once star because unfortunately the camera itself came broken. It won’t move up and down like it should. Since it wasn’t sold by amazon I can’t get a replacement and now they are asking $20+ bucks more than what I originally paid for the product so I won’t be buying it again. Shame because I really like the product itself.

I had a different brand baby monitor with my first baby, but we started to have issues with it. Once I found out that I was expecting again- I decided I wanted to upgrade. I had heard good things about VAVA baby monitor- they were absolutely correct. This monitor has a great microphone and super clear picture. The monitor has good range too. I love that it isn't a WIFI camera- I never could get the WIFI to work properly on my old monitor.I ended up getting a second camera to have for my toddler and it was super easy to connect to this system. You can have up to four cameras connected to it.

So I needed a new baby video monitor, my philips avent camera wouldn’t turn on anymore. Been eyeing the VAVA but it’s a bit pricey especially for times like these. So happy I found this seller! It works perfectly, camera moves, the video is clear compare to the avent and night vision is good, I can see baby girl clearly.

Fantastic product. We bought one refurbished, and it is still better than many we've seen brand new.Camera is easy to mount and can tilt to a pretty deep angle. Night vision feature is great and is super crisp.The handheld monitor has a fantastic resolution, and has a variety of useful features like volume control, camera management (you can have more than one camera hooked up at a time), push-to-talk-back (allowing you to speak through the camera to the baby if you need to), and digital zoom.Overall we are very pleased with our purchase and would highly recommend it.

Only have had one night but it’s already so much better than the Levana we had for the past 5 years. I did notice that the sound isn’t that loud, so I wish this was a bit louder as I hope I hear the baby in the night. Also, I know this was refurbished however when I took it out of the package, the camera had dog/animal hair stuck all in the bottom of it so I took a Clorox wipe and wiped everything down so the seller should do better at cleaning prior to fixing and selling especially during this time of pandemic.
