ClearMax is a science-grade resin designed to adsorb phosphate, nitrite and nitrate. Removal of these compounds result in crystal clear water and reduces the maintenance of your aquarium. To use ClearMax in your aquarium, rinse the nylon bag thoroughly before use to remove fine dust due to handling and place directly into the media basket. Monthly change is recommended, as exchange resins will no longer be active. Do not replace all filter media simultaneously. Stagger media replacement to ensure constant bacterial populations. Zeo-Carb is a premium blend of Fluval Carbon and Ammonia Remover.
