Wow what a brilliant company. I ordered 2 of these for Christmas 2020 for my grandsons aged 8 & 11yrs..both arrived together in good time sadly slight damage on both items ..as Luckracer didn't have any spares they took both chairs back and quickly despatched 2 replacements to me as they knew they were xmas pressies ..They were brilliant on replying to all messages..their customer support team.is spot on ..so helpful and because of their fast actions the replacements arrived really quickly. The couriers were brilliant too.The chairs look way more expensive than they were...I bought the black with green and really nice ..large ..sturdy and seem decent quality..chair part looks well made and padded well. Son in law assembled them no issues there. My grandsons love them they say they are so comfortable ..obviously being little boys they have lots of room but their dad sits easily in the chairs too. The foot rest doesn't feel that stable when attached but it holds and looks nice. Was very very pleased with Luckracer as a company and so far the chairs have been assembled for 7wks and grandsons are very happy with them.If you are going to buy gaming chairs then this company is the one to purchase from. I give them 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for customer service and the chairs look good quality and feel it so far .UPDATEits now November 2021 and nearly a year since I wrote the review above when I bought these 2 chairs and they are still as good as new despite being used all the time this past 11months.Noticed a few reviews this year saying basically the chairs are coming up shoddy ..dunno if the company are now using different parts or manufacturers compared to when I bought the 2 last year in 2020 but ours are still doing great..or maybe recent customers are hitting awfully unlucky with their purchases this year.

The product arrived extremely well packaged. The screws, washers and tools needed for assembly were all identified and in separate compartments - this was really helpful. Assembly took under 30mins, the instructions were clear and required no extra tools other than what was provided. The assembled chair is sturdy and comfortable - tho the footrest should be used carefully as it doesn't look like it can hold much weight. The two cushions are great additions and the vibrating support is really good and not just a gimmick. For the price (around £100) this is terrific value for money. Arrived promptly. Seat quite hard and the left strap from the lumbar cushion is starting to fry a bit. Have just contacted the seller about it. Also, one of the screws is missing, the self-tapping one used for the foot rest. I hope the seller will send it soon. In the meantime, I can use the chair alright, just without the footrest. Quite easy to assemble as well with clear step-by-step instructions.Update: Seller went above and beyond to sort our issues. All sorted now. Highly recommend them.Update 2.Got an orthopedic cushion to use with the chair and now is nearly as comfortable to sit on it for long hours as my bed. Just spent 8hrs straight on it and, no pain anymore! Before, without the added cushion I would get frozen shoulder and back pain within 2hrs, now no pain.I recommend buying a nice, firm, comfy cushion to go with it. Best two purchases of the year.

Bought this chair as a birthday present for a great price in comparison to other gaming chairs and, whilst I feared that it would be bad quality, it turned out to be a great gift and definitely a better alternative to the previously owned desk chair.There are many positives about this Luckracer gaming chair:- the neck and back supports are adjustable and perfect for keeping a good posture during long hours of gaming- the arm rests are cushioned all the way to the end which makes it comfortable for your arm positioning- the chair itself feels sturdy and doesn’t squeakAt the same time, there are a few negatives as well such as:- the back support massaging pillow merely feels like a slight vibration and so this feature isn’t useful or as strong as expected- the chair doesn’t recline as much as expected (though it is detailed in the product description that it doesn’t recline to a full 180) and nor does it allow you to sit at a 90 degree angle, forcing you to sit slightly further away from the desk which can be an inconvenience as it’s harder to reach the keyboard-the armrests aren’t adjustableAll points considered, this is a great gaming chair that is worth the value for money. Including a footrest, adjustable back and neck support pillows, a sturdy frame and comfort, you will not find a chair with all these features elsewhere for this price. It’s well worth every penny.

Why oh why didn't I buy one of these 8 weeks ago! Working from home my back is in pieces after sitting on a swivel craft chair for 8 hours a day. I've had this 2 hours and can safely say it's bliss. I think its very good value for the money the vibration cushion is a bit frantic but its massaging life back in to my aching back. It was easy to put together, its sturdy and dispite me choosing the boy racer lime green and black i think its well put together. The foot rest looks a little delicate but to be honest its not struggled and its very well padded. Roll on working from home now people brliant value for money

This is a very firm and stiff chair. Don't expect much cushioned comfort here. I found it very hard to get comfortable is this. Inga t I am starting to doubt if I have bought the wrong chair. On the plus it was very easy to assemble taking around 30 minutes. It is also abit noisey when moving the back support around.The leather is ok but has a very thin cushion layer. Maybe opt for a chair with a thicker base to help your bottom area stay comfy for long periods of use.
