tiewards Universal Adjustable Aluminum Trailer Ladder Rack Fit for All Enclosed Trailers

Love the rack, fully adjustable and easy mounting, HOWEVER.... I bought larger mounting screws as the ones that came with it stripped out to easy, I just pulled one off the trailer that holds the aluminum strip at the top and went to the hardware store and bought the same size which worked perfect. Also on another note, this rack sits up WAY high for a flat roof trailer, even with cutting the side brackets down to the lowest setting, it still sits really high. these are made to fit trailers with curved roofs. Don't get me wrong, the quality is great, they just sit rather high on a flat roofed trailer.

Overall very good the self tapping screws than cane with it seemed lightweight so I used more robust screws seems like it will support anything I can get up there. Just be careful to hit the solid metal frame and watch out for wires

Does its job so far

Was not easy or fun to install, two to three people required. We had to reinforce the trailer with steel plates just to hold the rack without even putting ladders on the rack. Did not work when with the trailer structure. I have five different enclosed trailers and this rack was not a good choice for any of them. We don’t use the rack we mounted a side wall exterior rack that we trust.

We used it this weekend for a camping trip and it worked great!

This is made of good thick gage aluminum. The welds look like a stack of dimes. Came with full instructions and all the stainless steel mounting hardware required for install. Including self tapping screws. However the width is adjustable but not the height on this unit so I was unable to install on my flat top trailer.Was definitely disappointed but if this company offered a different model with an adjustable height I would order it.
