Ok...I bought this vacuum back in February. I did not immediately unbox it. When I did unbox and use it for the first time...it was amazing! I was really impressed by how well it worked. Even cleaning vents was a breeze. It was easy to assemble and use. It’s just a tad heavy to handle just because the motor and cord is at the very top. Now, even though the vacuum was amazing the first time I used it, the second time...IT DID NOT WORK! To be clear, it powered on but the motorized brush no longer worked and neither did the light on the brush!!! I have been working with Nequare’s customer service department since March! They were very nice and responsive but I had to jump through a lot of hoops. Well..when I say jump through hoops I mean they kept saying to try this and try that. They sent me pictures and videos...and had me send them pictures and videos...and they sent me a new motored brush but that wasn’t the problem. The problem was in the motor part up top. They finally sent me a new one the other day and the vacuum is now working again which I am very pleased about! Now...a couple of things that I have noticed during these exchanges with customer service...I think this may happen a lot with this product because the replacement brush appeared to be brand new however the replacement motor and dust cup that I received a couple of days ago did not. The one that I already had looked newer than the replacement! Sooooo...I came to the conclusion that it had been refurbished! I do not think that this product was built to be used on carpet...a thin rug maybe but definitely not carpet! I still stand by what I said at the beginning of this review...when the vacuum works...it is amazing and works extremely well! But if you are trying not to spend a lot of money but want a stick vacuum that is Dyson quality and can be used for all floor types...this vacuum is not for you! I would suggest that you go ahead and buy the Dyson. But if you want a stick vacuum for hardwood floors, tile, vents, etc. then this should work very well for that. I hope that the replacement motor will last longer than two uses...fingers crossed 🤞

I'm torn on this vacuum. It has awesome suction on hard wood and on carpet. I've been using it daily on both since my purchase in March of of 2020. The brush in the head is very easy to clean and cut all the caught hair off of it when it stops rolling, which has always been the problem with it. But, with three long haired girls in the home, having hair get in there is to be expected. This last week, the bearing or whatever it is that helps to control the roller brush, is no longer working correctly and the brush is no longer rolling. I've taken the screws out of the head, but cannot get the head to pop apart to get into that end. It looks like maybe a screw is holding the thing in place, but I can't get it out. Even bought new allen wrenches today to see if they were the ones and I still can't get it. Nequare doesn't sell this model anymore, nor is there a replacement head to be found. Sucks because I've been loving this vacuum, but didn't even get quite a full year out of it before caput.

If you're buying this to keep your big family house with deep carpet clean, you'll probably be disappointed... If you have hardwood tile or live in an apartment or mobile home or if you're just looking for sometjing for spot cleaning you'll love it... I live in a mobile home with hard floors and are rugs...So first off right out of the very small box the feel is decent and the look nice... Instructions and easy and the English is good, can't say for the Spanish... But it's not like some knock off Chinese electrics where the manual is worthless...it doesn't feel cheap except for the roller brush head which has pretty cheap feeling wheels but it's nicer than most Corded sticks which don't even have a roller, and for hard floors it has a nice soft roller that the more expensive sticks use...so I'd say it's above average for the price range but still not the feel you want...it has the standard attachments but I will say the extended tube isn't as long as I'd thought it'd be, not a problem for me but if you were over 6ft or had really high ceiling it could be a detractors.. I also wish there was a place to wind the cord, cords can be annoying and feel messy, but at least you won't have battery concerns...assembly is simple and intuitive On to for performance... it's a light weight machine and when you turn it on the noise level is surprisingly low esp when you feel the suction... Don't let ppl using it for the wrong application fool you these thing is plenty poweful... It rolled smoothly on hard floor to area rug and work great on the low pile... Picked dog food right up no pushing at all, and the cheap felling wheels worked just fine... The crevice tool was what I really needed, rvs have lots of nook cracks and crevices and it sucked them clean... In just a few minutes it picked up a good bit of dust and debris, though the dust can could be bigger.. For my needs I have no complaints as far as performance, one complaint I forgot was it doesn't stand up but the wall mount helps in this regard but before I installed it finding a place to set it was kind of akwardBottom line if you're expectations are realistic this little vacuum is a steal... It works well, quiet, lightweight, powerful... And while there are little improvements I would make over all I'm very pleased with my purchase... I give it 5 stars for the price range...Oh and the company seems reputable

Great little vacc! Honestly was about to get a Dyson but money is tight. I looked all around Amazon and found great options but this was a great choice for me. I wanted a cord so i dont have to worry about much technical issues. The cord is LONG so it was a bit much when using in small places but its what i asked for. LolIts light easy to use. It would be nice if the disposal door was opened using a button instead of having to crack it open. Its on the opposite side of the handle so you may get some on your hand when emptying. I wished they had a brush like the one for the hard wood for the carpet i find it works better there .Other than all of this its a great little vacc! Great suction, and that light helps so much ! Especially on dark hardwood!

This wired vacuum is so powerful. Bought this wired one to replace my battery vacuum in my house. So upset bought the battery one. It doesn't last too long. And the suction was not that strong. This corded one won't have any battery issue, and can use it anytime without waiting for charging. It has 4 kinds of connectors. Easy to change and good to use in different situations. Love the pet hair eraser, it can help me to easily clean my daughter's hair on the carpet or floor too. Vacuum is light, and easy carry. No problem in the suction power at all. It can easily suck a book up. Not only that, the filter free is the most important function for me. Easy to clean the hair or dust after the job done. It makes my life much easier. For this product, I don't have any problem to give 5 stars.

After reading the reviews on this vacuum I decided to give it a shot. I mostly needed it to clean up dog hair. This vacuum is ok, it does really well on hard floors and picked up almost everything. What I REALLY needed it for was to clean the hair off of our couch and it did not work as well as I had hoped. I had to go over the same spot multiple time’s in order for the vacuum to suck up all the hair. I tried every attachment it came with and they all gave me the same mediocre results with cleaning hair off the couch. I do like the lights on the vacuum head. I like the attachments, it’s lightweight and, easy to manoeuvre. If you’re looking for something for your hard floors, this works really well. If your looking to vacuum your furniture and remove pet hair, I would try a different vacuum.

I got an online purchase that arrived with no missing or damaged anything! Hot damn! Was pleased that it arrived undamaged, with all parts brand new and accounted for. Although the manual could use a few more descriptive WORDS and not just pics. Only things extensively explained was the "what not to do list". Just tried it a "little bit" and suction is more than alright as well as manuverability but it is a bit heavier than I'd of thought to lift up do the curtains. Positive reviews bragged about how great the power head was at not collecting or getting strangled up with hair and that specific feature is VERY important to me. During the short use I gave it it seemed to be already spooling hair but can't say otherwise until give it a real-life Saturday morn. try and then if it wraps itself up in the thing I was desperately hoping it would'nt cause I hate " ef-ing removing nasty dirty hair" I will be back to update this review promptly but basically I like it and it seems to live up to it's claims!... Well it works just as all the positive reviews suggested it would. VERY manuverable and in the few weeks I've had it I'm very impressed especially for the reasonable price!! Great purchase!

So amazing if you have a small place did spring cleaning so got all the cobwebs in places is couldn’t reach window seals only this is it doesn’t stand by its self but does have a wall attachment it’s a handy little thing the suction is great the light at bottom of vacuum is an great plus ! Also can vacuum with my son (newborn) sleeping it’s not super quite but amazing tool if you wanna clean with out waking the baby ! It’s prefect for me easy to use and put together as well !
