I was looking for a way to extend the reach of my HVAC vents without cutting into drywall or climbing through crawlspace. My vents have round covers and are in corners, I connected this ducting using neodymium magnets on the outside of the vents to direct the airflow more toward the center of the rooms. Since it is flexible, expandable and durable, it has worked better than I expected. Since my furniture is not against walls, it has been easy to place it in less conspicuous places and still achieve the desired results.

Just what I was looking for.
The cooktop vent require a hard bend in a tight cabinet space that would not accommodate metal venting this large. This worked very well and came with two clamps to secure the ends. I was easily able to cut it to fit the need. So glad this product was available.
