Another beautiful piece from the Mora line. I hesitate for a time due to mixed reviews but am glad I finally went ahead. It seems more quality than some reviewers felt theirs was. I checked the finish carefully and there were no cracks or issues with the glazing. The lid is a good quality two-piece lid with no smells or other issues, and it seals well (though, admittedly, the cup remains upright all the time). It is a beautiful and good quality ceramic travel mug. I would suggest o only hand wash this one. If you love it too, it's easily worth the tiny bit of extra care. There seems to be some teeny plug of some sort to keep moisture out from the inner wall. (That's why handwashing could be best.)Easy to clean, comfortable to hold, good size for tea or coffee on the go. It's a special cup.

I wanted a travel cup made of ceramic so that my coffee tastes good... and this one is perfect. I especially like -- and I think this is crucial for a cup like this! -- that the coffee pours from the ceramic rather than through a whole in the plastic top. (Look at the close-ups and you'll see what I mean.) I bought another ceramic travel mug but it loses the advantage of ceramic because the coffee pours through the plastic top. If so, you may as well just get a regular metal mug!Truly, the only downside of this mug is that my wife likes it so much, she takes it from me. So, I'm buying another. :)

After a short time the lids pop off by themselves. The silicone seal seems to fail. Making the mug lid useless.

I wanted a mug that I could take with me to work, primarily to drink my coffee in the car. Obviously no ceramic mug is going to keep coffee hot for an extended period of time but this has worked well so far. Keeps it warm plenty long enough for me to drink it. And if it does get too cool you can always throw it in the microwave for a second. The outside is warm but not hot. Some of the other ceramic mugs required you to use a silicone cover to be able to hold it so it's nice not needing to have an extra piece. Compared to some of the other reviews it seems like they have improved the lid. It's not leak proof but it really keeps most of the liquid inside even when you hold it sideways. Good enough that if you accidentally knocked it over you could grab it with minimal mess. Overall this has been a great mug!

I wanted to LOVE this, but I don’t. I’ll be regifting it since Amazon changed their returns to ONLY UPS and it’s not worth waiting in line. It’s heavy for sure… take that into account before u purchase this.

I was excited to receive this ceramic tumbler as I was looking for a specifically ceramic made tumbler for my coffee as I didn’t like the taste of the stainless steel in the tumblers I had. I was also looking for one that was a little bigger as I love to drink my coffee throughout the day, so I was pretty excited to find this product.When my product was delivered, I was very pleased with the size and color. (I ordered the Overcast Grey) The problem with this initial one was it had the older lid, and it actually looked like it had been used and returned. I contacted them and they were very quick to send me a replacement and updated lid. But this updated item came chipped. I contacted them again, and they were very quick to apologize and send me the correct lid and new tumbler. I was very pleased with their customer service and willing to make it right no matter what.After using this tumbler, I am very pleased and it was worth waiting to get an undamaged, unused item with the correct lid. The new updated lid slides back and does a really good job of keeping liquids in. Although it’s not 100% spill proof, it was good enough that I wasn’t concerned with coffee spilling everywhere. If you turn it upside down for a period it will leak, but for general use, there is no issue.I also loved the feel of the ceramic. It is very smooth, and since it is ceramic it is a bit heavier than stainless steel, though I didn’t think too heavy. (I could hold it in one hand) This is going to be thicker and heavier simply because it is ceramic. I thought it did a great job of keeping my coffee warm for a reasonable period, and it did not affect the taste.Overall, a great ceramic tumbler and a great size. I really like the lid, and their customer service is absolutely amazing. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a ceramic tumbler!

The plastic lid has a very small opening, as compared to standard openings. How could this openingproblem be overlooked for a product that is quality? You are forced to take little sips or suck the liquid. Ridicoulous. I'm returning it.

I just ordered my second of these mugs. I had the first one for nearly a year, but I bumped it with my elbow the other day and it fell off of the counter and shattered - my fault.I was a little skeptical due to prior reviews that mentioned the mugs had cracked, but the mug I received was durable and well-made. I used out several times a week. I love that it is dishwasher and microwave safe, fits in my car's cup holder, and is double-walled. I purchased the "sea foam green" color, but it looked more like robin's egg blue to me. Heat retention is average for a lidded ceramic mug. Overall a great mug, which is why I chose to purchase again.Edited to add: The images are of my second mug, which I received recently.
