Nerf Rival Knockout XX-100 Blaster - Round Storage, 90 FPS Velocity, Breech Load - Includes 2 Official Rival Rounds - Team Blue

From the 9 year old who wanted this gun..... Even though I knew at purchase time this gun would only hold one bullet in the barrel, it's still a drawback but, it has incredible power! The rival balls hit hard and fast and can really bounce back at you close range. Wear eye protection for sure! The gun comes with only 2 bullets overall but, it is capable of holding 4 bullets on the outside of the gun, so it would be nice of Nerf to supply a couple more. Be careful when you pull the orange priming handle to keep your fingers higher up on the outside handle, as the first time I went to prime the gun i accidentally caught my pointer finger in between it and the gun when i pushed it back in and it pinched my finger and I got a blood blister. It hurt but I still really like this gun. And at my age everything seems expensive and over priced!

This is my favorite gun when playing with my kids. I choose it over the auto shooters every time. Lots of power and very fun to shoot.

My son just turned six. He has the rival gun with the 15+ round mag. This gun that I use takes five actions to make it shoot. My son pumps his gun and it fires again. I have to pull the plunger down, flip the lever to pop the breech out, put a ball in, close the breech and push the plunger back up. Me having to do all this extra stuff to fire one ball makes things more fare. At the very least it makes things more fun and easily more competitive. We have had more than 20 nerf guns. The rival guns that shoot the balls are by far the straightest shooting of all. We can actually have fun nerf wars now. For dad's looking to even the odds as much as they can this is the pistol. Only warning would be don't take super close range shots. These little balls are flying pretty dang fast and can make a 6 year old cry with a well placed lower back shot. Unfortunately I speak from experience. Anyways, long story short, this is by far the best "dad" gun ever!! Merry Christmas!!!

These age definitely meant for older kids. Package says 14+ and that makes sense. They are relatively complicated to load and reset and actually hurt if your get shot with one of the balls. Definitely something a younger kid could injure themselves with. My husband and I enjoy them though!

Bought one of these during college to participate in the dorm nerf battles. It’s a surprisingly powerful nerf gun with a very satisfying action. Had a lot of fun with it. Well worth the money I spent.

Easy to use (older kids or adults), good speed and surprisingly good range and accuracy for a short barrel. I highly suggest using nerf brand rounds with it.

I wish I had read the reviews. I saw the price, and I thought it looked reasonably sized. I was trying to find something a little more compact. Mainly just wanted to play with my cats, because they like chasing stuff. I remembered an old little nerf gun I had years ago, and so was looking for something similar. This nerf gun is chunky in a bad way. It is not comfortable to hold at all. Like it boggles my mind how the designers thought the chunk of this thing was acceptable. It does not fit comfortably into the hands at all, by any measure. It's awful. And the thing that gets me... this is like designed for teenagers and stuff? That's the main audience right. I mean, I know I'm not the tallest guy in the room, but I'm not that small either. I'm average sized among my friends, so. Like. I think I know one or two people where this thing might fit into their hands. So, I wish I could ask the designers, the product manager, for this thing, about that. Like why would you design something for giants when your target audience is geared more towards teenagers? I mean, even considering the adult audience of an item like this, it's not like that's a demographic made up exclusively of giants. It's not a 0 star product, but I very much dislike this thing. 3 stars is average, right? I'm being generous than, aren't I, considering that an average nerf gun would actually fit into my hand. Every time I pick this up, I just want to put it right back down, because it does not feel comfortable to hold. One of the categories it allows me to rate is "giftable" Like, ha. I would not gift this thing to anyone. Say you're a cool uncle, aunt. Got some nieces and nephews. You wanna kit them out with some sweet nerf armament. Do not make this part of that kit out. They will not like it. They will not think you are cool. They will be frustrated with you because there's a ton of better options, and if you got them this, you got them the wrong one.

Power was great and the size was perfect compared to some of the massive nerf blasters out there. The washer holding the plunger onto the spring shattered after less than 3 hours of arrival though. Completely unuseable now.

C’è poco da dire che non sia già stato detto e ridetto sulla serie Rival. Prestazioni al vertice per un prodotto che esce di fabbrica già validissimo. Questa l’ho acquistata per esporla, perché ritengo che sia una delle più riuscite esteticamente nella gamma Rival. Ne avevo già una però, la versione Team Red, e sparava divinamente, anche dopo anni di abusi. Un gioiellino, davvero. Ottimo prodotto.

Es básica y está bien para entretenerse disparando en interiores. Es algo ruidosa y el disparo genera vibración pero es normal por lo corto del cañón. Se le pueden guardar 4 bolitas abajo del cañón y una adentro, aunque solo incluye dos. Esta línea Nerf llamada Rival, es para 13 años en adelante, para los que se quejan de que se la regalaron a sus hijos de 7 años y que se lastimaron. Para los niños pequeñitos está la línea que lanza dardos blanditos y a baja velocidad. A diferencia de la línea Rival que lanza bolas de espuma, que impactan más fuerte. Yo la uso para dispararle a latas, vasos o cajas.

Great Rival Gun for the offered price. Accuracy and velocity is as advertised. Gun's aesthetic is also very eye catching. Overall satisfied with the product.

It is a very decent nerf gun for if you want some extra power, my only complaint was that they only gave you two pellets
