The book came to us with the binding damaged but my daughter could still use the book for class without any problems so we keep it but when we sent(rental) it back they initially were going to charge us for the book but once I called and explained the situation they were kind enough to accept the return

Worn down but usable
I rent for college textbooks, and this book has been through so much. But I won’t complain since it did the job, but soon needs to get replaced if possible

Awful experience
When purchasing a digital version of a textbook you should expect the publisher to put the exact same elements into the digital version as they did with the original physical versions. You will find out that the digital version only has the front cover in color and everything else is black and white. Terrible idea. It wouldn't have been too difficult to put out a digital version in color, just saying. Furthermore, first time user for Amazon kindle (PC) and I find the software awful, there is NO Dark/Night theme option available/built in. I have used other Ebook programs like BryteWave that have an option for Night theme.The only good feed back I can say about this product is the reason I bought the digital version in the first place is because for the price to own it digitally through Amazon is permanent instead of "X" days of access for the same price.
