I’ve been using this pillowcase for the past week, and I love it! I’ve been interested in getting a silk pillowcase for awhile since seeing many influencers talk about silk items, but I hadn’t made the jump. Thanks to TAFTS I was able to try a silk pillowcase! I’m not being paid for this review, but I received a rebate for the cost.Very CoolingBecause of the nature of silk, my pillow was kept very cool! I never felt like my body heat was radiating off the pillow like I feel with regular pillowcases. This made sleeping very comfortable because I wasn’t overheating.As a result of the cooling, my face felt less sweaty in the morning. Usually when I wake up, my face feels kinda sweaty, but using this pillowcase my face didn’t feel sweaty at all! It felt nice and dry (the way my face feels after I’ve rinsed with water).I also noticed that my hair got less greasy in between washes. I think this was because my head was less warm so I wasn’t sweaty.Differences I NoticedAlong with feeling less sweaty in the morning, the silk pillowcase made my hair less messy when I woke up. This was because there wasn’t any friction between my hair and the pillowcase the way there is with other fabrics.I’ve also enjoyed laying in my bed more. Often I’ll prop up my pillow to sit up in my bed, and I could feel the difference in the fabric through my clothes! It felt really nice to sit against.Since this pillowcase zips closed, my pillow can’t fall out of the pillowcase! It’s really nice not having to adjust my pillows all the time, and my bed remains looking nice and neat. The zipper is really smooth and doesn’t catch!Overall, I would recommend this to anyone! I think the hair and skincare benefits are something I’ll really appreciate now and in the future. They come in so many beautiful colors that will go with anyone’s color scheme. I also love that they’re pretty affordable. I was expecting it to be more expensive than around $20! Love love love!!

This is a wonderful pillowcase!! Very soft, feels fantastic to lay my head on! One of my favorite aspects is how nice and cold this pillowcase is... if you're like me and always trying to flip your pillow to get to the "cold spot" you're going to absolutely adore this pillowcase! I also love the built in zipper, which ensures your pillow stays in the case. Truthfully, this is my first time trying a silk pillowcase, but I've previously used satin pillowcases, and I've noticed that it's a common problem for the pillow to slip out of the case when there's no zipper closing. The zipper on this pillowcase is thin and hidden well along the side, so it doesn't get in the way or cause any uncomfortable bumps.The color I ordered is a beautiful soft, light pink color. I've already noticed less breakage in my hair during the couple weeks I've used the pillowcase, and my skin on my face is looking nice. I love the silk for being gentle on hair and aiding in hair health and growth, and also for not creating unnecessary tugging on the skin during sleep, as tugging leads to increased wrinkles in the skin. The ONLY downside I'd make mention of regarding these pillowcases is that due to the manner in which they are packed and folded, the pillowcase will arrive with some wrinkles from the folds. Personally I didn't find this to be a problem, but for anyone who takes issue with this, I'm sure some simple steaming or very cautious ironing (using a buffer material between silk and iron) would easily and quickly solve the problem. The only other way I could imagine this possibly being prevented would be if the company were to somehow ship the products rolled up rather than folded.I'd also like to note, the company who makes these products, Tafts, have been an absolute joy to do business with! They're very helpful, concerned about their customers happiness, attentive, and fast to reply in the email correspondence I had with them. I 100% recommend these pillowcases, and based on this experience, I fully believe any other products by this company would be equally high quality. If you're considering this purchase, you should just go for it! You get enormous value in relation to the price here!

Whether you have thick, wild hair like my daughter or sparse fine hair like myself, these slips make the hair look better and they are softer to sleep on. Also perfectly safe in the washer.

The package arrived on time and neat. Bought several and various mm pillow cases at the same time, and this one for sure is a keeper.

I expected to receive a deep beautiful mauve color as the picture and description advertise... instead, I got a pale pastel pink that i can find pretty much anywhere on the market. It's pretty sad, because it was the colour that made me choose this brand over many other options available. Also, the pillowcase is pretty much unusable to me now, after the first wash, because it has shrank so much it doesn't fit onto my pillow anymore. It was already much smaller than other regular size queen pillowcases and I was barely able to pull it onto my pillow, but after i washed it following all the gentle care instructions, I can't put it onto my pillow at all. Consider that when purchasing. It was pretty expensive, and now I guess I will have to cut my pillow?..
