I bought this because I wanted to add fiber to my diet but not just the plain old Metamucil kind of fiber. This has extra ground up stuff in it that seemed to me like a good alternative. As for the "no flavor" aspect of it... well, I find that it definitely has flavor... like chewing on cardboard... so it's not all that pleasant to just drink it in water but honestly I don't mind at all since it's just one glass of water with this stuff in it per day and it works wonders. So I will definitely be buying this over and over for several years to come. I think you probably wouldn't even notice it if you put it in yogurt and ate it instead of drinking it but I haven't tried that yet.

This product definitely helped to regularize my bowel movements, and the product also mixes well with water or other fluids. I don't mind that it is tasteless. However, it caused so much bloating and made me feel uncomfortable overall.

I put a heaping tablespoon of this fiber in a tall glass of water that I drink every single morning along with a scoop of pure ascorbic acid (vitamin c), power shot (a mix of organic super greens), a scoop of pre-workout on the days that I lift heavy, a scoop of BCAA powder on the days that I do cardio, 5 drops of vitamin D3/K2 and 3 drops of Iodine. I blend it with my little hand mixer and use it to take all my morning supplements with my breakfast. I have been drinking this mixture every day for over two years now and I swear by it. While I take LOTS of other supps, eat healthy and exercise, I feel like my morning drink is a key to how I've been able to go over 2 years without ever getting so much as the sniffles, and I'm as regular as regular can be!As for the fiber itself, it's very easy to mix, is tasteless and doesn't clump. I love the organic ingredient list and feel like it helps me keep my gut happy. Yes, this will settle in the bottom if you let it sit for very long, but that's just par for the course with pretty much any fiber powder so I don't think it's worth docking a star. I just use my little hand mixer or swirl it manually in the cup every 3 to 4 sips and that keeps it evenly distributed. If you're looking for a good fiber supplement, I can highly recommend this one!I sincerely hope this review has been helpful to someone else. I am gravely disappointed with this product. It is chunky and does not dissolve as it states. I mixed it in water, juice, my smoothies, and everything else just to use, yet I could not only taste the chalkiness, but I could see the gray, cloudy powder floating.

I use a lot of products of this brand. So far this one is the worst. Hard to dissolve if you put in the water. Smoothie is different. Didn't notice any improvement, with my condition. So had to move on to something else.

I really like this product. Since I've been taking it the past few months, I've noticed a need for snacking or having anything surgery. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the price, it's gone up from $11 - $16 almost overnight.

I love this for everyday but do not start with what they say to take. I only use about a 1/4 of a teaspoon and it works great for me. Start with a low dose to see how much you really need.Mixes really well with water. It come in an unflavored version also.

I’ve struggled for a while to find the right product. Agreed it is slightly pricy but It works, I usually take before I go to bed as I’ve found it works better for me would recommend

This organic fiber contains orange peel, so that could be what makes it take a little bitter. It clumps a bit in room-temperature liquid, but is easy to swallow. Many thanks to the seller for delivering early!

Good Product

This product does what it advertises: great fiber and despite many reviews claiming it doesn’t dissolve properly, it does if you stir properly with a little patience. It has a very mild orange flavor but for the most part it has no flavor. I’m satisfied with this product.
