Helps a lot in my health

This is fairly gentle on you all things considered; but it does it's job well. I don't think I'll switch to something else, and it's tasteless so bonus there.

I'll start by saying that I am new to GOL products. I take A LOT of medications and if you can have something wrong with the gut, well that's me. I have Diverticulitis, Ulcerative Colitis, Gerd and IBS. All the things that make ya nauseous, constipated or the complete opposite, pain and cramping. It sucks to say the least. I've been taking stool softeners daily for almost 2 years and still battled with constipation most days so I decided to try a more natural approach. This doesn't smell great but has absolutely no flavor or texture. You just cannot add it to hot beverages. It likely kills all the active cultures. I've had this for just a week and I'll just say that I already can tell a big difference. Less bloating and definitely more regular. So much so that I'll go to every other day. As for value, I honestly can't say as all pro and prebiotics are friggin expensive but so far, I'm pretty happy with this and it's quite convenient in the individual pouches. If that changes, I'll update. I would recommend giving it a shot if you're having issues.

This product mixed fairly well in water and had no taste. The first time I drank the product caused elimination within 10 minutes. The second time there was no immediate response. I love the individual serving packaging for travel. I will never leave town without these to help keep regular.

The idea behind these are they help your gut to specifically help you with being fit or weight loss. Can’t say that is accurate or that they really are making a difference that way. They seem like they are good quality and I plan to keep taking these for gut health. Weird texture to drink these in your water. Sort of grin and bare it. The box is expensive and only 20 servings so not even a month. Something psychological in the pricing versus servings and marketing.

I put one in my yogurt daily. After a week on continuous use, my tummy upsets are almost gone. I recommend this product & that you should use one stick daily. They mix in great with yogurt so far. Get some & feel better soon.
