Sizing
I looked long and hard into a workout bikini and tried others but the sizing, especially for a set, was always way off.I decided to try this set since it was on just about every list for “best training/competition swimsuits” for a two piece. Thanks to all the other lady’s who reviewed this item and talked about their size and fit, I got the sizing right on the first order.I’m 5’4” and 143lbs. I measure 36” in the bust, 28” at the waist and 36.5” at the hip.I normally wear a size 36 competition one piece. The finals, Speedo, Sporti… all 36. Not too tight but also not loose.I ordered this suit Large and it fits perfectly. It’s not so tight it’s uncomfortable or unflattering. There’s room for some weight loss (hoping to since I finally started swimming again) so I’m pretty sure this suit will last me awhile (fitting wise).I have yet to actually workout in it. But just trying it on, it is very comfortable, especially in the chest (36D)! Hoping it will take the beating and not wear thin or get loose quickly.

Tyr 2 piece
The suit is built for performance. I ordered and it fits well. The 2 piece leaves you with a slight muffin top so if that would be a problem go up in size. I am 5'7 and 145 lbs I wear a 36 D.

Works for what I needed!
I bought this suit so I could go swim some laps as a pregnant woman. Didn’t want to buy a suit to only fit for a short time then have to buy again. This works perfectly around the bump and has given me no issues, aches or pains with the ever growing belly. The only issue I have is you have to buy both top and bottom together at the same time/size. Normally I am a pear shaped woman and there is no way the top and bottom would both fit equally. Currently, my breasts are bigger from pregnancy so it all fits but I’m assuming I won’t be able to wear them together when everything goes back down to normal size (or less if you know what I mean).I love that the bottoms done roll/flip down when pushing off the walls. I felt very secure no matter what speed or stroke I was doing!

Great for swimming during pregnancy
I scoured the internet for a one piece suit that I could wear to swim laps while pregnant, and couldn’t find any with good reviews, so I caved and bought this 2 piece. It fits perfectly, stays in place while swimming, and will allow me to keep swimming for the last few months of my pregnancy.I usually wear a size 26 in a one piece, but got a Medium in the 2 piece for extra room around my hips during the third trimester. Drawstring keeps the bottoms on securely.

Love TYR . . . but I wanted this suit in PBT.
I was a lifeguard in high school and college; so TYR was a regular in my life during that time period. I decided to take up swimming, again, this summer; but I wanted a two-piece instead of the Diamondback one-piece style I always wore as a guard. I had worn their reversible two-piece style in high school for a couple of summers; but I decided I wanted to stick with the thinner straps you get from the Diamondback style, and I wanted the material to be PBT instead of a Nylon/Lycra blend. In my years of experience, I had grown to appreciate the longevity of a suit made out of PBT (valuable when you are teaching swimming lessons and water fitness everyday in the water for several months). I'm not sure if anyone agrees with me, but it seems like the PBT material lasts longer. That's what I thought I was getting when I ordered this suit; but I got the Nylon/Lycra version. I didn't give this lower stars because it is still a well-made suit; and the fit was just right for me. However, I had to return it because it was not the material I wanted.I try to order only through Amazon or Amazon fulfilment if I'm on the Amazon.com website because of the shipping and return policies, but I didn't look closely at this order. It was through a different seller. However, when I called Amazon, they were able to help me right away. I got to return it and received a full refund.I still wanted this suit in PBT and the navy color; but I didn't want to re-order it from that same seller; so I had to go through a different website that I've gone through before. I will say that if you are wanting to order this suit, order it in any size and color through Amazon.com only (I've never been shipped the wrong thing from them, and they have a great shipping and return policy). For this suit in PBT, I have to say that it is figure-flattering, comfortable, and durable. I usually wear a medium or 6/8 in clothing; and the medium for this suit fits well, too. I have a larger chest (34D), but this suit holds everything in without looking inappropriate. Definitely a great suit if you want to be able to actually swim some serious laps, horse around, or just look stylish but sporty.

Confusing sizing, but reliable suit
I normally wear a size 32 in TYR for a comfortably snug fit while training, and I wasn't really sure what these sizes meant, but the size chart said a small was a 32, so I went with the small. I've since cut the tags out, but I'm pretty sure the number size on the "S" was a 34, and the suit does fit a bit big on both the top and the bottom. It's not falling off (yet), but creates a bit of drag in the water and doesn't really compress the girls at all. An XS would have been great. I'm about 105 lbs, 5'4", usually wear a 28DD or 32D, with a 27 inch underbust, 33 inch chest and 33 inch hip. I removed the drawstring, as I found it a bit irritating.I wouldn't say the suit is super flattering on me, but I'm extremely rectangular and pale, so that's not a surprise. The suit is functional, comfortable, gives me a lot of freedom of motion without tugging or rubbing, I'm not constantly needing to adjust it, and seems sturdy and chlorine resistant after a few months of weekly use. It's a good suit.

Fits Well
I have been searching for a good fitting two piece to wear for work as a swim instructor. The suit needs to be snug and not revealing to allow for movement and potential pulling. This suit does the trick. I ended up keeping the smaller size because I wanted the bottoms to fit tighter even though the top was better for me in the larger size. Companies really should offer separates for all swimwear! But this will work. The suit is holding up good after a summer of almost daily wear.

Exactly what I wanted :)
Have been looking for 2-pc swimwear for lap swimming. After reading reviews, I took the M size and it fits me well though i’m usually between S/M.

For real?!
I was sent a swimsuit that's been worn! The tag is missing from the bottom and there is evidence of body fluids inside... ew, not my kink! Replacement pending, will update my evaluation when I receive the new item.

TYR is a trustworthy brand
For my body shape and size, TYR is by far the best brand for training and racing swimsuits.

Good deal, Good Swimsuit
I had another suit like this in navy I bought in a sports store for much more money. I was not sure on the size but I guessed medium. When I saw the suit in the package I was sure it was going to be way too big. But then I put it on anyway and it seems to fit fine. The bottom fits perfect. I Find the top a bit large for a medium, but I tried it on found it acceptable. I am a B cup, but a C would fit too. I believe it to be an authentic TYR product based on the suit that I already have. I tried it swimming. Now I am buying another one! It’s a good deal. And most importantly, you can trust the suit- nothing is going to be falling out of there! Lol
