Great for managers but tread carefully when practicing
Really good book to help you build your own management style. Do not consider this book as a bible and I do recommend reading more management books to create your own style. The tools provided are really good to get started to build highly effective teams which trust each other. Not everyone likes Radically candid people so tread carefully when practicing in real life.

Good read
Would recommend this book to the mid level managers who are more willing to bring a internal change in the team’s thought process rather than by putting extrinsic pressures like performance management.

Concise introduction to a leader's ethos
I read this book in recommendation of Michael Lopps on twitter, I really liked his managing humans book and thought this would be similar, it is for the most part except it has an actionable plan sprinkled throughout and an accompanied iOS app which reduces friction from trying to follow advice in the book.

Good book but too long
The concepts are good, the framework is also great but the book is too lengthy and repetitive. But definitely concepts about caring personally and challenging directly are must have for any growth organisation.
