AMACO1442862 Potters Choice Lead-Free Non-Toxic Glaze, 1 pt, Arctic Blue PC-21

I used it to glaze the inside of my sgraffito coffee mugs. Beautiful ice blue color!

Arrived when promised and glaze was well protected from leaking, etc. Love the Potter's Choice glazes and how you can layer one on top of the other with very beautiful results!

Not sure yet if I like this color of glaze. I have tried it a few different times and I feel like it needs a lot of coats + needing a flux on top to make the color pop. I have been using it with standard 112 midfire clay. This last time, it was heated to cone 6 w/ a 10 min hold. Turned out okay, but splotchy- more see through in some places. I want to like it, but I am not sure yet because I like the color better when it is darker and less opaque than thin and see through. It almost turns more of a greenish when it is thinner. I will have to keep trying different combos and see what happens. Overall, easy to use and amaco makes great glazes.

Irregular and darker (muddier) than expected, even over white stoneware. Unpredictable to say the least

This Arctic Blue glaze is absolutely beautifully, especially if your pot has texture on it.

This is beautiful and breaks nicely.
