Yep, it works perfectly on Windows XP, 7 and 8. I use it on my Windows 8 machine with no issues.

I run windows 10 and have had no problems.

The Minimum system requirement t run on x-plane area : a 2 ghz processor, iGB of Ram, and 128 MB VRAM on an independent {non integrated Video card. The recommended specification are : a GHZ processor, 2 GB of RAM, and 256 MB of VRAM

Q: Does it have any missions like microsoft flight simulater x?

No, it's free flight as in a "real" simulator. I believe there are separate AP's you can buy for mission and mission planning.
