Flavorless, not sandy, definitely recommend
This stuff is awesome! Not only is it completely tasteless, but it blends so easily into anything. You can add it to oatmeal, smoothies, I even add it to coffee and froth it so it has a nice froth. If blended or frothed, it will get very bubbly, so beware! I am planning on trying it in baked goods in replacement of flour, or halving the flour and replacing it with this. I absolutely recommend this for anyone who wants a flavorless, non sandy protein powder. It’s also great for allergies. I have soy, gluten, and dairy sensitivities, and it’s very difficult to find an allergy friendly protein powder that isn’t gross or sandy. I can update once I’ve tried it in baked goods as flour!

Smooth with Very Little to No Flavor
Smooth with very little to no flavor. I've been using this protein powder for years and now Amazon finally has it... yaeh :) I absolutely hate the protein powders that leave a gritty texture to my morning smoothie. Previously I used a soy powder that wasn't gritty but didn't like using soy since I try to avoid it when reasonable.I generally stock around 20 of these because a couple of times it was hard to find in stock to order (that was before I found it on Amazon so time will tell if that continues). Over all we have consumed over 300 of these (estimating low). We had a few that did have a bit of a bad egg smell but the product it self was fine. I believe it had to do with the humidity level but I'm not sure. Also we have never had it smell after blending. At any rate we haven't had any like that for over a year. Of course it's possible that we have just been lucky with recent orders. I don't think it is a batching issue because that few that did smell were mixed in with some that didn't from the same batch. We use a lot because we use a bit more than a severing and in our house we make at least two a day 360+ days a year (it's rare my daughter and I don't have one for breakfast). What do I mix in my 32 oz smoothie? This is a general guide that I use and sometimes change it up.4 oz apple sider8 oz homemade goat yogurtscoop of eggwhite protein1 stock celery1/4 tsp greens powder (depending on type of greens)1 bananabit of honeybit of olive oiltop off the 32 oz with whatever frozen berries I feel like that daySo I have to add that even my wife who is insanely picky about texture has used it and likes it.Hope this helps someone

Review of NOW Sports Nutrition Egg White Protein
As someone who recently embarked on a keto diet journey, I've been exploring various options to support my new lifestyle. One product that has become a staple in my keto kitchen is the NOW Sports Nutrition Egg White Protein.Upon receiving this product, I was impressed by the generous size of the container, which offers excellent value for the price. While it may seem like a sizable investment upfront, the amount of protein powder received ensures that I'll have plenty to fuel my keto bread baking and other culinary adventures.Speaking of keto bread, I recently tried my hand at making some, and I must say, it turned out surprisingly well! Incorporating the NOW Sports Nutrition Egg White Protein into the recipe added a boost of protein while helping to maintain the bread's texture and structure. What I appreciate most about this protein powder is its versatility. Not only does it work well in keto bread recipes, but it's also perfect for creating protein shakes, smoothies, and even adding a protein boost to baked goods or savory dishes.Overall, I'm thoroughly satisfied with my purchase of NOW Sports Nutrition Egg White Protein. It's proven to be a valuable addition to my keto pantry, offering both quality and value in one convenient package. If you're on a keto journey like me and looking for a reliable protein source to support your lifestyle, I highly recommend giving this product a try.

Great source of complete protein if your GI tract can handle it
I was fine with the taste of this using it in smoothies with berries and soy milk. And the texture was fine too. It is a bit salty but if you are using more milk and berries then it's not as strong. However, one serving a day was too much for my GI system. I can eat a decent quantity of liquid egg whites and other things with egg whites in them but this was just too intense for my GI system and my guts had me up in the middle of the night which is something that is rare for me.If it doesn't bother your digestion, it's a great source of protein and easy to supplement in to reach your protein needs.

No need to add banana if you don't want to
Invisible flavor! It's been many years since I've use egg white protein powder but after cancer treatment for oral cancer I'm temporally on a feeding tube and can only drink "meals". Back in my gym days I'd used egg white protein powder and they all had a "taste" to them but I added banana it'd fix the issue. Not this I'm happy to report.I didn't have any banana so I made my smoothie with fruits and for a bullet sized batch I added 1/3 cup of this powder and zero flavor or texture. So happy and now I actually have something nutritious that frikin tastes excellent and I know exactly where each ingredient came from :)

Added BCAAs and Sunflower Lethicin changed results!
They have recently changed their formula and has definitely changed the taste and results when using in baked goods. I have bought this brand for about 1 1/2 years and have loved the results when making Keto egg white bread. It was amazing. But my last one I bought changed dramatically. I went on their website and found similar bad reviews and NOW answered them saying they had changed the formula to include BCAAs and Sunflower Lethicin. I made 3 loaves of egg white bread using this new formula thinking I was doing something wrong, But it was the new formula. It smells horrible, and even worse when it's cooked. It smells like sunflower seeds mixed with something that has gone bad. Hard to explain, but trust me, it's not good. I switched to another brand.
