Nice kids headphones
My 7 year old loves these- they are fun enough and comfortable. Only issue is he keeps accidentally turning the volume down and then thinking they don’t work. I think that’s a him problem however rather than a design issue….

Son loves them

Great little headset
I got this for son to play and talk to his friends on the nintendo switch. No problems, just plugged it in and away it went I jumping into the voice chat with him to make sure it was working. Audio from the mic was clear. It wasn't incredible but definitely better than I expected.My son loves sonic so we got those ones. They are pretty cool. The sonic figure was a bit smaller than expected. I found the real problem was the way the clear shield was connected, disrupted the clear view a but but that's just something silly.Great product

Mic stopped working but found a fix...
Bought these for son to play fortnite with friends- they worked perfectly for 3 days and then the mic stopped working. I googled the issue and found this fix:go into Fornite's voice chat settings -> Turn it off once -> Apply and Save the settings -> Turn it on again.It worked! All is well in the world again. Son very happy with them- great item. Think the issue of losing the mic is a fortnite software issue not a hardware one. Fingers crossed they continue to work now we have found a fix.

Product is good, packaging is appalling!
The product itself is great as I myself have a pair of them (I bought myself a white pair and this pair is for my sisters bday) this is how I received them. Wouldn't expect this when opening the box and that it is all ripped on the back and it's taped up. Especially when it's for a birthday... I would just check the package before the date runs out to send it back, because this is ridiculous.The reasoning for the rating is, the product itself is a 5 star but the packing is definitely not acceptable.

Breaks to easily.
We have had three of these headsets now, the first one broke within a few weeks. I bought a replacement as it was required urgently. The team did rectify the issue by sending ing a free of charge replacement but this took a month to arrive. Over time all have these have now broken and the product support link seems to be corrupt.

Quality & value for money
The headphones were good quality and value for money.Unfortunately courier left them on my doorstep without knocking anyone could have taken them
