I eat these in the morning to give me a energy boost along with my coffee. i need the protein intake to go with my diet that my doctor has set forth with me. I find them great as snack in the middle of the day inbetween lunch and dinner. My daughter eats them while at work as working a CNA on third shift at a hospital, and they keep her full enough until she is able to make time for a lunch, which sometimes doesn't happen because of her patient load. They were also recommeded by one of my college professors during finals.

the caramel almond one is serious life changing. these are all small portions, but very filling and each bite feels so high quality with the ingredients used. clean tasting, perfectly sweet, salted. these really are next level. i have nothing bad to say about these, expect i wish they werent so expensive so i could eat them all the time, but given the quality, i think the price is justified. a satisfying crunchy, but also melt in your mouth type of texture, every flavor comes through so well. take your time between each bite and really savor the flavor and texture of each piece, it's worth it.

I can't always find these at my local store so I get them here. Great taste. It's perfect for me. Light breakfast that keeps me full until lunch.

These are my favorite bars to snack on. The sugar content is low. The quality is good and they are portable.

When you want something healthy that slightly feels decadent these are perfect.
