doesn’t seem possible this would work but really does- I used with new slip on work shoes & one time put on before my heels were sore & worked perfectly, second set of shoes forgot & didn’t put on until already in pain so I did end up using a blister band aid- but much better to use this for prevention & not having pain at all!

I have been trying to increase my distance jogging and my socks and shoes were great up until around mile 6. Then I was getting blisters under my big toe. I found this amazing stuff in a Buzzfeed article and thought it was worth a try. It really does work! A small application of this on the trouble spot and I did not have blisters after 6+ miles! Also used it at a theme park recently and remained blister free! Highly recommended!

I started using this when I upped my walking/running and after about a week I have not had one blister. It works as suggested and doesn't leave a residue once I'm done walking. I have purchased this repeatedly as it works the best compared to other versions I have tried.

Really solid product that actually does what it claims. I used this on a recent trip where I was walking a ton, and it made a noticeable difference in preventing blisters—especially around my heels and toes. It goes on smooth, isn’t greasy, and doesn’t leave a mess on socks or shoes. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is I wish it lasted a little longer throughout the day. After several hours of walking, I found myself needing to reapply to keep the same level of protection. Overall though, definitely worth having if you’re on your feet a lot. I’ll keep using it.

Use for trail running and marathon training. Squirrels nut butter (foot formula) works a little better, but that has a pretty strong fragrance and is more difficult to apply. This works great for daily runs and moderate efforts maybe not for races or really long tough training.

This product works fine. It does exactly as advertised. You just roll it on and keeps blisters from forming on the heels, balls of the feet, or even toes that may tend to rub a little on the inside of the shoe. I use this primarily with athletic shoes. I'd definitely recommend this product.

Perfect for Disney trips. Thighs, chest area, and under your toes.

I would say this product is just okay.... It does work I guess, but it takes some effort to apply. I mainly use it on my feet, especially around areas with small or developing bunions and calluses, and I noticed that it can be harder to glide over those spots. You really have to apply some pressure to get it to roll on properly! It is also not as thick as I expected, which made it feel a bit less protective than I had hoped. It might help PREVENT irritation or protect areas that are starting to develop issues, but if you already have bunions, I think gel pads or hydrocolloid blister pads work better. I would rate it around 3.5 stars. It is a bit pricey for what it offers and did not fully meet my expectations. That said, it could still be useful for other areas of the body, even though I have only used it on my feet so far.

I've suffered from blisters on one toe for over 20 years. I've tried recommendations from two podiatrists but, until now, the best I could find was to use smooth, thin plasters on that toe and the one next to it. That didn't cure the problem but did reduce the size of the blisters. I saw the reviews of this Body Glide Foot balm so tried it. It worked on two local 11 mile walks so I then relied on it for a week walking in the Pennines - absolutely no blisters despite still having some of the hard, rough skin from the previous blisters. I've now been able to file down most of the hard skin from the old blisters and don't get any more as long as I use this.It's totally non-greasy so doesn't rub off on my socks and does lat all day.

This works so much better than I expected it to! You can put it on your feet as well as putting it on the shoe itself and it stops the rubbing that creates blisters. You can even put it on after you've already got blister and it makes it feel so much more comfortable. From someone whose feet continually get shredded by shoes, this product is a dream.

It's so small and delivery took forever. Not happy

A brilliant formula created and developed. I never get shoe bites or anything when I apply this to my toes, heel, etc. Works especially well with heels. Highly recommend! 🙌
